This place would be a fun night out...but for the sour faced, know it all owner who likes to make it very clear that's EXACTLY who she is. Maybe you should pop yourself on a customer service course and you might have a busy venue on a Saturday night? We were there for a private party in the back and made the best of it but she was close to ruining it for many of the guests Also, we were told that the air con wasn't working (it was sweltering, no windows in this part of the club) but it came on intermittently making us think she kept it off on purpose to encourage more over priced drinks were bought through the night. Shelly, you own a bar in Hornchurch, not London so drop the snotty attitude and care about your clientele. Maybe people will stick around!!

Absolutely disgusting owners and bouncers. A girl was attacked by 5 girls there. And they refused to help and just wanted her away from the premises although badly injured. DO NOT GO THERE! If anything happens to you. They will not help you. Read many of the other reviews about the owners attitude and how they treat people. On both here and her facebook page. This owner should not be running any sort or customer facing business. Disgraceful. All she cares about is money! Not her customers.

Blocked my partner on Facebook so that her negative review was removed from their page! Do not attend here if you value your safety. Violence and potential spiking is ignored. In light of recent events, this bar should be avoided

Women are not safe here. Not only do they stand about watching people get jumped by their patrons but they won't even call 999. They operate illegally as they don't have the required CCTV. AVOID. View their Facebook reviews for full details.

I'd score it as no stars but unable to. The owner is irresponsible and doesn't care for the safety of the customers. The security are a waste of time. They allowed a young girl to get set upon by a pack of low life's and done nothing. The licence for this place needs to be reviewed

We went here last night for a few drinks and was greated by an utter jobsworth of a bouncer who decided to start an argument with us over something so trivial, but what I couldn't believe is that he completely ignored the blokes climbing the fence next to him to get in for all this. We're just a small group of 4 women. Once we were finally allowed in, the manager told us off for our friends going through the door that was clearly marked 'toilets' as there was a private party through there, except no signs for that. What should have been explained kindly was yelled viciously. She waited for the transaction for our drinks to go through before she told us we need to finish them and leave. No wonder the bar is so dead and no one had heard of it beforehand. Don't waste your time at this place, go the The Fatling and Firkin instead.
