Great hotel, only stayed for a night using it for an early ferry next day. Good bar are clean rooms would stay again

I recently stayed at the Valley Hotel. I stayed there alone with my dog as I was visiting family. The staff were very friendly and helpful.They are very welcoming for dogs. During breakfast service dogs are not allowed in the room where tea and coffee is, but they set you up a table in the bar area. As I was on my own staff watched my dog while I went and got what I needed. I felt they went above and beyond to help me enjoy my stay.

Great location for the ferry trip to Ireland, just 5 minutes away from the port. Good size car park with CCTV coverage so OK for parking motorcycles. Would have been ideal if one of the 5 garages was available (apparently they're full of junk). Didn't eat here as we fancied the Indian restaurant up the road which was very good. Food menu didn't cater for gluten free very well with only one option, vegetarian also limited. Room was clean and a reasonable size, could benefit from black-out blind as it was a little bright early morning.

Well well.. it's rare I stop anywhere and be blown away by the food. Try the lasagne.. it's special. Wasn't keen on the veggie breakfast. But that's minor compared to what was a very special stay. Thanks guys.

Great little hotel. Very friendly staff and great tasting food (the steak pie was awesome). The rooms were a little on the expensive side, but a very convenient location for either exploring North Wales or the ferry port at Holyhead.

Staff are often rude, seems simple requests are viewed as 'awkward'.I took a party of people & sat outside, when we went inside to eat, food was served luke warm & not with a smile. Kids meals came last!I'd go into Treaddur Bay & visit the Sea Shanty instead, lovely food & always lovely service.

Went here for a meal with visiting family. Good food well presented and good value. Great service from bar and waiting staff, will be visiting again.
