DO NOT GO! This is in regards to an eye lash extension treatment that I received on Friday 2nd October at 14:00pm. At 12:00 that same day I called the number ending “777” and made the booking via telephone. I was not told of any policies and was just told that it would be the express even though I asked for the full Russian.On the website I looked at the express description which was “Nouveau ExpressIdeal for women who want a quick treatment, these lashes can be applied in just 20 minutes! Extensions are attached to natural lashes individually and are tapered to ensure a more natural appearance. (Clients need to be 18 or over)”I arrived and was sat down, which I may add was uncomfortable as the hygiene standards were not up to scratch. I do not know the ladies name who did my eye lashes as she never introduced herself, my previous eye lash extensions were taken off. I told the lady I wanted a full look and she said she will do a cat guy effect, which I was happy with. The session took about 1.5hrs and when done they did look good. I then paid £55 and was not given a receipt or explained of the policies or even told how to look after the eyelashes.48 hours later on Sunday the 4th I woke up and a whole cluster of the eyelashes had come off of my left eye and left a big gap which looked horrible but I was not in london and could not go to the salon. Monday the 5th I contacted the salon and spoke to a lady who gave me her personal number to send through pictures. First this is very unprofessional as I should’ve been provided with an email. She informed me that the manager would only be in on the Wednesday and she proceeded to send me messages and voice notes via WhatsApp which is also very unprofessional. I then blocked this number as I found it very unprofessional. I called the salon on Tuesday evening and was told the manager would call me after 5pm which she did not. I called yet again and one of the employees gave me the managers number. By this time I was highly upset and disappointed as I had to make such an effort to get this rectified. I called the manager and explained what had happened and was simply told that there is a no-refund policy after 24 hrs of the eye lash treatment. I was never informed of this policy and was never given a form to sign or agree to this policy. This is false advertising and scamming which is highly illegal.I am very aware of my rights and since 2015 the consumer rights state that I have 30 days to request a refund along with the supply of goods and services act 1982 that’s states I am entitled to any service “to be carried out with reasonable care and skill”. Sadly the service I received was not carried out with care and skill.They should not be allowed to practice and provide such bad treatments, i have had the worst experience ever and the 'manager' was so rude to me over the phone that i am afraid to even go to the store - this problem has not been sorted. DO NOT GO THERE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE THAT HAS GOOD REVIEWS UNLIKE IBROW AND BEAUTY.

This saloon is one of the best I have ever been. I did my nails two times in there and I'm so happy about the results, girls nice and professional with everyone. Many thanks to Daniela always patient to listen all my request and needs; for sure i recommend this place at 100%.

Normally get my eyebrows done there and I’m quite happy with their services, however I went in for shellac and cuticle removal (without any polish) and I was told it would be £20 all together. Turned out to be £30 when I went to pay at the end of the service, because apparently a manicure (which consists of cuticle removal and filing) costs £20 without any nail polish. Outrageous! Would have been better off doing my own manicure at home considering the lady filed my nails unevenly.

Went here to get my SNS powder nails removed and redone. When I got there, I was told you don't need to remove them, you need an infill. Explained it was SNS Powder and told just infill. As I dont do this very often (I didn't know any better) I said OK. Was quoted £12 for an infill. Towards the end of the treatment the nail technician started to talk about how I should not have had acrylic, I should have had SNS powder as it is better for my nails. I explained that was what I had and come in for, and she said oh you should have said I would have done it differently, I needed to take them off first and re-do. I said that is what I came for. She said oh it doesn't matter the acrylic will bond the same no difference. Not only did I not get what I came for, they are cut and shaped unevenly, I had to have a Shellac Colour (would never have chosen shellac as I dont like it that is why I had originally had SNS Powder) and I had the pleasure of paying £32!!!! Never again will I go here....I knew I should have gone back to where I got them originally, but this place was close to my work!! Hate the way my nails look know....but will have to wait to get them redone!

I would not recommend you go here. I went for a manicure today and the lady who did my nails was behaving as if she was doing me a favour for a service I paid for!! She also was very careless in her approach and whilst cutting the cuticles made four of my fingers bleed. Last time I checked getting a manicure is meant to be a relaxing experience not one where your flinching in pain because your bleeding. Terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Me and my friend have been coming here quite frequently and we have always been impressed with the customer service and what they do. Stratford Westfield is always busy on weekends but with booking before hand you can find a spot in their calendar.

I had an eyebrow thread and tint today here. The treatment took place in the middle of the shopping centre which I was fine about but in hindsight it didn’t really give me the chance to properly check the result. When I got home and had a chance to look in the mirror it was immediately clear that my eyebrows were two completely different shapes, one arched and the other quite flat. I look as if I have an eyebrow raised. I’ve been having my eyebrows done for years in lots of different places but I can honestly say I have never had such a poor treatment. I certainly won’t be going back.

Worst eyelash experience ever!Firstly I had to wait 15 minutes to start.I was not asked to complete a client details form and I was not asked any questions at all. I was not asked to sign a patch test disclaimer.The appointment was £60 for 1.5 hours however the lady finished my lashes in 35 minutes.She used one pair of tweezers and did not isolate my lashes at all. As you can see from the pictures below she has stuck 4/5 of my lashes together, I can’t tell if they are fans or the individuals have all stuck together.When I complained about the above the lady told me it was nothing to do with her.My eyes were burning because the lady lifted my eyelid open so she could put the lashes on.I was also told that it is normal that I could not brush them “this is the way she was taught”I went back after looking in the mirror and was given a refund and told that I am not allowed to leave a bad review.As a lash technician myself I don’t think it is fair that this company is charging money to damage people’s eyelashes. The work is disgusting and the company should ensure that their staff are properly trained.

Turned up for a booking and they said they didn't know about it. Even though I saw it in the book with my name, number and time I was coming. They said they had a walk in so I would have to come back in 40 minutes. I went elsewhere as I didn't have enough time to wait around.When I do get my nails done there its fine, but just booking and organisation isn't the best so wouldn't rely on them to keep a booking.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Thisbe THE WORST ‘beauty’ shop I’ve ever been to in my whole life. I needed emergency lashes for my birthday as my lash tech cancelled on me. I was in Westfield so I thought I might as well, being in Westfield I thought the lashes can only be of the best quality.I sat down in the chair which was soo uncomfortable. I got the ‘express lash set’. It was done in 20 mins. Being a lash tech myself I thought no what have I got myself into. My eyes were glued shut. When she tried getting them open it HURT SOO MUCH. Now I’ve been getting my eyelashes done for 7 years and ever has this happens to me to this extent. Looked in the mirror and I just wanted to cry. It was my birthday so I was determined to make the best of everything. I live 10 mins away from Westfield. As I walked home my lashes started DROPPING. I kid you not inlets Westfield at 6:45pm. My dinner was at 9pm. By the time I got to the restaurant my eyes were naked. The lashes were falling in CLUMPS.I contacted the shop the staff was rude and dismissive. I spoke to the ‘manager’ who was apparently on holiday. She emailed me a few times then decided I wouldn’t be refunded and left it as that. These women are horrible how they’re even qualified is BEYOND me. If I knew then what I know now I would have taken a small court claim against them.Please please please avoid at all costs. Book DRESASBEAUTYBAR and get your moneys worth honestly.
