Went for shellac/gel nails whilst I was in the area visiting friends. Very rude, didn't ask how long I wanted my nails, filed them all really short, Very badly painted didn't reach the base of my nails. Wasn't given a colours to choose from just had a couple of boxes dumped in front of me. Wish I had followed my instinct and walked straight out. Beyond terrible thankfully I can go back to my regular nail bar at home. Feel sorry for the locals having to put up with such poor nail bars.

I would put zero stars if it was an option.I got my nails done on Thursday last week, and the lady doing my nails walked out when my nails were half done and the girls made me wait 30 minutes to finish them, so I asked for a refund and they said I can have £3 off. Also not even a week after having them done 2 of my nails fell off. This is the last time I will be using them as customer service is shocking.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Just left with my 15yr old daughter crying because the woman working there called her fussy and a horrible girl because my daughter had said (nicely) that there was still acrylic on her nail once the woman had apparently finished.They take the money first so you can't get the money back.

Absolutely obsessed with the nails, service was so good they offered drinks. The lady I had kept checking I was happy with the nails. Shape is amazing x

went in for acrylic removal the lady didnt do a good job and when i asked her to fix them she said i was a fussy horrible person. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Went in for nail repairs but the lady didn’t speak English and I ended up with acrylic infills and then my other nails shortened to the length of my broken ones! Charged £25 for this and two acrylic nails have come off after just ten days . Used in an emergency as couldn’t get in anywhere else. Will NEVER use again!
