Awful Customer Service, they're not willing to help with anything and was taken the approach of if you leave our shop we will increase our prices tenfold. Seemed like bully do not recommend at all.

I've used TPW repeatedly over the last month or so, to produce maps for board games (using the Plan- Design Print option). Really happy with the price, service and quality. Their turnaround times are phenomenally quick.

After deciding to do my wedding stationary myself, it turned out to be a little daunting. I emailed The Printing Works to see if they could help.I feel Dessy has literally gone above & beyond to make the experience easy for me. She spent time promptly emailing me answering my questions & then explaining in detail everything in person too.Fantastic customer service, high quality products & reasonable prices.I cannot recommend more.

If I could no stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Website difficult to navigate. When offered feedback asked what he was supposed to do and asked me to write his website to make it clearer. Told me it was because I was female as he doesn’t have this problem with men and then advised me to go back to vista print. Words cannot express how disgusting this man’s attitude was. Wow I didn’t think people like this could run a business. If you don’t want to be patronised and insulted don’t go here

My first experience today of a file that needed to be printed.Initial contact via email, which was responded really quickly and useful.Asked for advise on options and then went into store. All covid safe and such a easy, informative and helpful service.Decided on print with guidance from store. Ordered online which offered me a 15% discount.Which they told me in store, as was going to pay in store.Able to collect same day. Kept me informed of process and to check order.Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

I printed menus for my workplace at the Printing Works and even though it was very last minute they were still able to assist me and was affordable! Desi was so helpful throughout the whole process and gave me recommendations and advise on what would look best, not to mention how friendly she was. The service was amazing and the quality of the print is equally as good, I would definitely recommend!
