Good at their jobs

NSD created some beautiful labels for us and the quality was just fantastic. Extremely luxurious especially with the rough varnish, after months of searching these are the only label supplier we could find that could create to this standard - we were able to see a range of sample labels with different finishes, textures and designs to help us on our journey.Zoe and Lucy, the designers, were incredibly helpful and patient with us as our business was going through some exciting changes. This meant some last minute changes had to be made to the labels which was done quickly and efficiently and they were always on hand to put my mind at ease. Chris, the director was extremely friendly and accommodating, it’s so nice to see someone who must be so busy taking the time to get to know the customers needs and ensure that they are being met, something we just would never have gotten if we went to a mainstream generic label company. Such a breath of fresh air!Our customers love them and they have taken our products to the next level. Overall Great service from start to finish - we won’t be going anywhere else!

Extremely poor experience across the board.I ordered some labels for Christmas sales and these were significantly late and incorrect. When I raised this with the company the feedback was that I should be chasing them up on the phone everyday if it was all that important. I lost a lot of orders over the Christmas period as a result and raised complaints with the company into the New Year but these have not been replied to. I have never been treated so poorly out of the 100+ companies I deal with over my two companies so I would recommend not using them when there are so many alternatives for labelling companies.Overall, the quality was not what suitable, every deadline was missed, false reassurances were made, customer service was stressful, and my issues were never resolved.
