Was doing my weekly shop at sainsbury’s yesterday and was served by I think jade? Absolutely amazing cutsomer service always got a smile on her face. It’s a pleasure coming into this shop. Keep up the good work guys.

Be careful of the £12 meal deal. 1 main. 1 side. 1 desert. 1 drink. The section has loads of options but they are not all in the deal. The unhelpful member of staff at the till said she couldn't help because she was not shop floor". No one cared. I went back to the section and it was clearly marked up as in the deal. Classic Sainsbury link save deliberate rip off. Luckily I was only buying this deal so I noticed it. Be warned"

The store had everything in stock, that I went for today Plus some were on offer which I like to see.I went in today & very little was in stock today 12/08/22 had to come away without most of my shopping was not happy. Today 24/07/23 went to store got everything on my list that I needed.I went into New England quadrant store today for my usual Friday shop, & ended going to the Lewes Rd store also as New England store was missing a lot of items that I needed today.

Going steadily down in my estimation. Mainly due to the constant movement of items so you have to search for them. I know it is to make you buy more but if you are just nipping in for some eggs and they have vanished to some other part of the store is maddening. Now closed till mid September 23 for a refit so will never find anything!

It's ok a bit expensive and the opening times could be better. One of the biggest stores in Brighton and only open until 8pm seems a bit illogical to me. Very large selection of products

Always very well stocked, except for my favourite flavour of monster. Very low amounts of security, who are nice and have no idea how to do their job. 4 stars, hilariously easy to ste... I mean, lawfully buy from.
