Rhys the fish expert at Evesham store gave me outstanding advice about my poor little tropical fish who has a nasty growth. I was amazed and grateful for the depth of his knowledge, and also how kind and caring he was about a tiny fish!

A woman called Hannah worked with me today. She was absolutely brilliant! She was absolutely down to earth and a genuinely a brilliant help. Couldn’t thank her enough to bring home my beautiful bunny. Also thank you to Josh who helped :)

We stopped in for fish but they were out of what we needed so they clipped dogs feet and did a thorough job of answering my son's questions on dwarf hamsters.

The member of staff who assisted me was friendly & knowledgeable. Some of the prices are a little high but there are also more reasonably priced alternatives too. Great choice of food & accessories. On-site very services.

They had lots of stuff in there for almost every animal. There was a really cute hamster I will post the picture below. Somehow though I did end up spending over £70 on stuff due to some items being mislabeled and me being too socially awkward to say anything at he counter.

There was this one lady called Clare who was really helpful. She helped me set up fish tank and advised me on which fish can go with my current ones. Amazing service too
