Honestly these guys are amazing!!The service from them from start to finish was brilliant, quick and easy.Got a quote on line in the evening, spoke to them in the morning and the car was picked up the next day and money in the my account.The guy picking the car up was lovely and friendly. First time to emr . Small amount of metal in boot unsure where to go. Very helpful fork lift driver explained where to go unloaded gave me price and directed me to office. Some identity checks to go through. Then money sent my bank next day. . Gave good service well pleased

Very straight forward with helpful and polite staff that are willing to help (hard to find these days) definitely recommend for disposal of all metals and car batteries

Phoned to get a price on a catalytic converter to be told they don't over the phone anymore, travelled from devizes to Turn up about 4pm to get a cat priced up, fair the guy was busy so we waited in the car, But left me and family in the car for 1hour and failed to even say sorry i won't be able to because I've just been so busy. Stared right at us as they closed the gates on us at 5pm. Not impressed.

I parked my car up in the bays on the right (next to the road), went into the building in front & handed over the metal I wanted to recycle. I'm a new customer, so they took my ID driver's license & car reg. I was directed me to the main office, for payment. There's a safe walking route along the left-hand side of the road, to the main office. I stepped through the two yellow gates into the office. It was quick and easy to register as a new customer for payment.I was really pleased with how clean amd safe it felt, there is plenty of signage too.It's all Covid safe, with hand sanitation & keep distance signs. I would definitely return again to stop metal going to landfill.

The time shown on the main google page is incorrect and needs updating to avoid any unnecessary journeys.

Dont get me wrong amazing place and service apart from the finishing times or closing times, it states you close at 5 but you dont you close at 4.45 i think they need to redo the closing times of buisness not the closing time of the gates lol
