We were looking for a house to rent and found one with Goodacres. There was a lot of interest in the property and we received the wonderful news that we had been selected as one of the potential candidates. Our application was processed and references were completed quickly and we were set to move the following month.Sadly before we could move the landlord decided to sell the property and Goodacres quickly found us an alternative property which is better than the original.Thanks to Myah for the brilliant service and excellent communication throughout the process.

Gooodacres was amazing with the purchase of my first home. I am registered disabled and needed good wheelchair access around the property which I knew would not be an easy property to find having viewed several with another local estate agents, who in hindsight, were useless in comparison to Goodacres. My initial enquiry was dealt with by a lady called Lucy Hopper and she would not rest until she had found me something suitable! Lucy was giving me regular updates with new properties that were coming in and that suited my really quite specialist needs. She negotiated me a fantastic deal with the seller and was never difficult to get hold of if I had any questions (which was a lot!) she was very patient with me throughout and kept me up to date every step of the process. If I could give 10 stars I would! Mrs Hopper deserves a pay rise!!

After a change of agent, Goodacres got us a buyer within 17 days! They are knowledgeable, professional at all times, empathetic given our circumstances and there was great communication throughout the whole selling process. They pulled out all the stops to achieve a price which accurately reflected the true value of our property, and subsequently to ensure as far as was within their power, that the sale went through with no hitches or undue delay. It was an excellent all-round experience and we would thoroughly recommend them.

They are a very professional estate agent I have purchased a property and sold a property through them. The level of communication and customer satisfaction can’t be beaten they came up with great selling ideas and were very open and honest with how the current market was. Goodacres have been so nice to work with when supporting our move across the country from Worcester. Moving is always stressful so having people on the other end that really listen and suggested properties that would suits us has been a breath of fresh air. Hopefully we won't be moving anytime soon, but whenever we do in the future, Goodacres will be our first port of call.

Jack Birch and his lettings teams have worked very hard on our behalf to deal with a difficult tenant and avoid eviction proceedings. This is despite the fact tha we are not re-letting the property again for while. Their service is brilliant and I will use them again in the future. I highly recommend them
