An absolutely amazing collection. Just when you think there can’t possibly be any more rare, unique and/or historical bikes to see, you turn a corner and find another room filled from wall to wall. A must see for any rider or motorcycle enthusiast.

Absolutely wonderful place, Sammy Miller, in his workshop at the age of almost 90, is quite a sight! He has accumulated quite the collection and had an epic career. I took my husband for his 40th, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We even managed to see the same bike his Granny used to race on, A Douglas Speedway. The staff there were so knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. They have wonderful gift shops, a nice tea room on a lovely setting surrounded by Llamas, Sheep, and ducks.

Fantastic Museum, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The range of bikes is astounding, so many styles and eras that any bike fan will find something they love. the range of collectables and memorabilia including Sammy's trophy case could take you days to get through. The Tearooms were great though we didn't have food on this visit so can't attest to that. The animals were all showing off and very vocal, while the donkeys were quiet but thankful for an ear scratch. Definitely recommend.

A great museum and I have been twice. I was lucky enough to meet the owner and he lived up to all I had heard about him. The best thing about this museum is that virtually all the bikes here run so it is a living museum.

Amazing collection of unusual, and quite rare bikes in perfectly restored condition, some happy memories of bikes I've had or ridden in my younger days, A10s, bonnevilles, etc, my mate had a Rickman matisse triumph with 8 valve weslake head that I was delighted to ride once, it was orange but Sammy's is green. Some great restoration skill in evidence, also said hi to Alan Mill yard, top man respect. Well worth ticket price

What a fabulous museum. Been on my bucket list for ages. Amazing collection way back to 1898 and still growing - and everything so shiny and they all work. What a tribute to our marvellous champion- apparently Sammy’s still riding. Thanks to collections manager Tracey for making my day special! Dream job!Don’t rely on Google for opening times. Check the museum website or phone.

What a great find. Sooooo many bikes lovingly restored & displayed. There's lots of interesting other history, not just about bikes.Plus all the animals & birds. It kept my hubbie happy for a few hou. More, if it wasn't for me luring him away to the beach, as it was a rare hot day.Great to have the Tearoom & other crafty shops.I would definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area.

Excellent museum. So many bikes to look at.I took my 5 & 7 year olds. They had lots of fun looking around.Outside before you enter the museum there are donkeys, goats, alpacas, chickens, ducks and birds to look at.In the courtyard there is a couple of craft type shops and a tearoom.Upon paying entry to the museum we received a sticker to allow us to leave (go out to the tea room or courtyard area) and return if we wished. There were teddy bears placed around the museum for the kids to spot - mine were very happy when they found them all.Staff were very nice and welcoming - esepcially the lady on the reception desk!Realistically I think 2 hours here was plenty but if I was more knowledgeable about motorbike’s I’m sure I could have stayed longer. The kids each bought something small from the gift shop area. The tearoom sold Tea, Coffee, cakes, ice cream; egg rolls, bacon rolls etc.Parking is free on site.

Great museum, amazing collection of bikes.Sammy even gave a quick demo on his Ariel! Kids were kept occupied by the Teddy bear hunt and the farm animals outside.
