Bobs Remedial and Sports Massage

I've seen Bob several times for sports massages and after suffering a knee injury from long distance running. Bob provided a range of exercises for rehabilitation which helped a great deal with my recovery. He has a wealth of knowledge & experience and I highly recommend him.

Bob is a true master of his profession.I dislocated my knee in July...Bob has treated and supported me more than I can even explain.After a month of waiting on the MRI results and consultations, my leg was locked. I couldn’t bend or straighten it and so swollen. I have had 6 treatments with Bob so far and I am starting to regain movement and swelling has reduced massively.Such a kind, lovely, supportive person who actually cares. Bob is the best in the business, look no further! When I first saw Bob, I was struggling with ongoing sciatica from running which no other professional I had seen was able to resolve. Bob diagnosed the root cause of the problem quickly and I was pain free after 2 sessions. I now see Bob regularly for remedial sessions to reduce the risk of relapsing. Bob’s wealth of experience and knowledge working with elite athletes really shows through his exceptionally high standard of treatment and aftercare. Bob genuinely cares and nothing is too much for him, he follows up regularly to check everything is going well. I cannot recommend Bob highly enough for anyone with muscular injuries or requiring massage treatment.

Bob is undoubtedly the best therapist I have ever come across. His years of experience working with elite athletes easily translates back to the average human being. I went to see Bob with a very sore lower back (so sore I couldn't sit down for more than two minutes) he immediately diagnosed the issue (psoas muscle) and after one session the improvement was amazing. After session two it almost feels like new. Bob you are a magicianHis aftercare is also second to none - always checking in to see how you are getting on and recommending stretches/excercises. I've seen Bob on numerous occasions and he has been fantastic, the best in the business. After having muscle soreness in my legs from playing football, Bob has been able to aid my recovery and get me ready for games. Every time I have seen Bob he has been brilliant and I have come away feeling so much better. I had a rotator cuff issue and couldn't move my left arm.Bob fixed it in 2 sessions which was absolutely wonderful.I also have Angelizing Spondylitis which I've had for many years.Bob stated work on my back and said that he couldn't fix the Spondylitis but could help me move better and more easily.It works!! Bob has already made by back and movement much much better.I have seen other massage therapists, chiropractors and physiotherapists in the past all to no avail so you can imagine my delight that Bob got me moving and has been the only one to do so.I couldn't get into my car without much difficulty but now without problem.See this man for any issues and he will fix them.He is brilliant and I thank hi very much.Thanks Bob.All the best Melvyn
