Went here last night so it's fresh in my head. Any large parties/group bookings thinking of coming here, I wouldn't bother.I booked a month in advance and called a number of times to confirm the booking. This included actually on the day where I was assured that everything was booked and they were ready for our 7.30pm reservation.They weren't! We had no table.We had to wait 40 minutes in a bar area where the bar was closed, nobody thought to come and take drink orders,Once seated they took a drink order for the majority of people at the table, then walked off before the remaining few could place theirs. Drinks took about 20mins to come, an even then there was less than half the order. That didn't stop them trying to charge us for the drinks they didn't bring us.Unorganised, RUDE, DISGUSTINGLY RUDE waiter s, who didn't once apologise and even laughed and raised a hand to some ones face. Other than that - Nice food :)

This is the place to go if you are hungry and don't want to be overcrowded. There is more then enough selection for food and it is of a good standard. Will be visiting again

B E A UTIFUL!!!! CHEAP fill ya plate as many times as u want free refills on soft drinks and all u can eat desert ...what more do u need :) tastes great ....do not go 4500 indian across the road it expensive and not as nice ;) .....I just had to alter my review after desert .......EPIC IN EVERYWAY

Went on a Sunday evening with a group of friends, Hoping for some nice food to finish off the evening. Should have taken warning from the drop in price, now only £10 for a buffet dinner... It seems they have decided to compete with the other buffets locally by dropping out the bottom of the price/quality curve.Food was universally terrible. Often had been sitting for a long time, but even fresh cooked it wasn't nice, let alone 'good'. Ingredients for the fresh stir fry station (previously one of the best things about the place) were dry, and meat was precooked and of lowest quality. (There used to be prawns, fresh chicken, but now only precooked catering chicken slices and some awful dry and tasteless ground lamb)I have fond memories of this place but from now on I'll be going to zaza or cosmo as unfortunately you get what you pay for.Reinvent yourself flavourz!

Visited Flavourz for a family meal on the suggestion of my brother. We were so disgusted with the quality of the food and lack of choices. It offers mainly Indian food and hardly anything else. Compared to when Flavourz first open it is now a utter disgrace. Our waiteress even told us that Flavourz was the worst buffet restaurant. Come on you guys time to make changes. Was so embassed that we had taken a family member from oversea.

The waitress forgot our drinks but she has a lovely smile which made up for itThe food was very much takeaway standard, however the glass that my water came in was square around the top which I much appreciated. Square is the the new circle.

Cheap and nasty is the best way to describe Flavourz. You get what you pay for. Veggie stuff isn't labelled which is a pain in the arse quite frankly and wouldn't be hard to do seeing as the stuff comes from bags into a fryer.

Whenever I go here, like last night taking my dad for a treat, a lot of the serving dishes are empty and some not even hot! Also, on asking for a simple wedge of lemon, I was simply ignored by the waitress and glared at blankly by one of the chefs in the centre of all the food! I was also asked to keep my dirty cutlery for the next time I go up for another taste of what is on offer! Do they have a shortage of cutlery or are they simply too lazy to afford their customers a clean knife and fork for their next tasting? I found the service and communication with the waitress and chefs extremely poor and disappointing. Won't be taking my family there again in a hurry unless they put service up on top where it belongs and allow you clean cutlery between dishes!.

On 20th Nov. i went for a lunch with couple of family members, we traveled to Bristol from Gloucester for two reasons IKEA shopping and meal at Flavourz. I have been to this restaurant earlier the food was lovely and being Muslim it was 100% HALAL, so this time i did not bother to find out that is it still HALAL?. As soon as we were seated the amount was taken in advance for food and drink. when we went to get our food the first dish was of Pork....astonished that this used to be 100% dishes Halal. Taken the round of the buffet station found more Pork dishes. when i informed my guests they were all hesitant to eat where pork and halal are mixed. Went to the guy at reception told him our concern and made a point that this must be put on the website that it is NOT 100% Halal restaurant anymore. The guy agreed to pay for the food and refused to pay for the drinks which we did not had a sip from. after a long argument asked to see the manager, the manager did not come forward. i did not wanted to pay for drinks £7.50 . We paid for parking to come to restaurant, but the restaurant management still want to make money from us..... After long argument for the sake of other customers were listening to our argument our full amount was returned. But being a Muslim i did not liked that the new management which was obviously non Muslim were still targeting the Muslim clients by not informing them clearly with sign in the restaurant or on website that we should be careful before we decided to eat..

The service in this restaurant is terrible. I am from London and a local friend took us to this restaurant as a treat on Saturday,26 Jul 2014 evening. I hate to say how disappointed I am. The staff in the open live cooking area are arguing in front of the customer. I really can not believe it. The quality of serving and treating customers is like that they are holding some charity food event.Well I would strongly discourage anybody to visit this awkward place and its a total waste of your money. If the owners/ Managers of this restaurant are reading this review You guys have to learn a lot about simple customer service". Please understand people do not come to eat out because they do not have food in their homes"
