My accountability coach is like an automatic 'to do' list which just makes sense - without the PACT goals, I would probably be prioritising things that were easy to tick off, rather than those that will make a difference. I started working with my accountability coach, Ben, 8 weeks ago.Like some, I was a little cynical about the idea at first. Having an accountability coach has helped me to prioritise my day-to-day activities, and focus on the stuff that will have the biggest impact. Compare that with the last few months prior to working with GoFounder - it felt like I was spinning, doing a lot but not going anywhere. Already, I’ve seen an uplift in website traffic since being held accountable to start publishing more content. But by far the biggest impact has been getting reassured that it’s OK to not do the 101 other things I could be doing that week – instead, focusing on the tasks that are going to give me the biggest results. More so, my workload feels sustainable for the first time in a long time - reducing stress and the risk of burning out, I’m sure!

Working with Ben has been a game changer. Being a business owner, I am often scrambling around fighting fires and doing what I *think* is the most important thing every day but never 100% sure if I'm just treading water.Having weekly accountability sessions has helped me to focus on what's going to drive my business forwards and helped me to plan out my week much better so that I'm taking effective actions towards my longer term goals.The sessions are only 20 minutes, so they fit in great with my busy diary and the kanban board has been a real help so I can see what my priorities are for this week and how they fit in with my wider organisational strategy.

GoFounder is great! I’m not sure what I’d have done without my coach!In the first month with GoFounder, we’ve easily added around £60k in revenue. I've been able to talk to my coach about what I need to do (and haven't done because I've been busy!) and he's made me accountable to do the nitty gritty stuff which actually makes me more money! Like calling an old client - who I've now got 5 new jobs from (worth around £40k minimum) and who has another 10 jobs to drip feed through.I’ve also started back at the gym, which was something I wasn't doing at all for the last year consistently! And now I am...and my coach checks that I have, which is great. That was a big thing for me and mentally it’s really helped me. And I'm off on holiday next week and without doing the work with my coach, I'm not sure I would be able to switch off. So I'm super pleased.Just being able to step away from the business and have some ME time for the first time in a long time is game-changing. I've been able to delegate better to my staff and make them more accountable too, which in turn means we are doing more with less time in the business. I'm doing more work ON the business, bringing in clients.I'm finally buckling down and doing what I need to be doing, rather than procrastinating!GoFounder is great. The constant advertising of their 'services' on LinkedIn and the criticism of business coaches is somewhat tiresome and not truly reflective of the market. An accountability coach and a business coach are two totally different offers and should not be compared as the same. It's crucial to have accurate information, especially when discussing professional services, as it can influence people's perceptions.
