Went in today to get a brake light and tail light and the man handed me 2 light bulbs directly in my hand no box no packaging, he could've pulled these out of his pocket for all I know as I changed my car bulbs and it still wasn't working, he has given me faulty bulbs.

Ordered a couple of light bulbs back in July, when I arrived to the store and picked them, I instantly informed the chap on the till that they were bigger than anticipated, so I requested a refund, and I was informed to leave the light bulbs with him and a refund will be issued automatically. Yet almost 2 weeks now and I have not received anything. I would be more careful in the future to receive an email confirmation while in the store or request a receipt before leaving the store.

Stood in the shop, no one said a word to me until, this polite young lady came to the counter, to be fair I think the two other guys couldn't multi- task i.e. Look at the paperwork in front of them and acknowledge a Customer.

I have an account with you guys but in another area. This week was passing Woolwich and needed some parts so I said let me pop in here but to call first. The rudest ever lady on the phone told me that I cannot use my account in this branch (not knowing that I have this account for 8 years so I know how it works). Attended the counter anyway and the guy was a gem helping me
