I attended only once but I will definitely come back. The trainer was very nice, friendly and polite.Boxercise is a new thing for me but it was fun and probably the best way to release the stress.

Heitor is AMAZING!!!I do not like exercising but needed to make some changes and start getting fit. So I thought a PT might be just the thing to make me stick to an exercise plan.Heitor listens to what you want to achieve, what you enjoy and your lifestyle. Which means our sessions and his advice are tailored to me and fit in with my job, home life and family, which in turns means it's easy to maintain.Somehow Heitor manages to tailor our PT sessions to things that I like (and occasionally some I don't), which means I have enjoyed every session, even when it's been -1'c outside I've still left happy and energised.My fitness has come on enormously in a really short timeframe and I can't wait to see the improvement by Summer, bring on the bikini body!!I would recommend Heitor to everybody, he's knowledgeable, he listens, he pushes just the right amount to get results and as a bonus he's super nice and really funny!
