Went to a staff Christmas party here and I have to say, it's a small place but it felt great. The bowling lane we had (lane 4) kept breaking.It did take staff some time to fix this, we had to move lanes but each time it took 5-10 minutes to sort, would have been nice if they communicated why it was breaking so we could avoid it happening again and again so that we didn't take more time away from the staff serving at the bar to fix our lane/s.Not sure how many people work there normally but I saw 4 people there at a busy Christmas party.

Completed the email form for bowling on Mon 2nd to enquire / book for Friday 7th. Had no reply or any communication. Called x3 times on Weds 9th at different times of the day, rings and rings and then call is auto ended. Tried Wednesday x4 times and today ( Thursday ) multiple times to no avail. No one answers.I can’t make booking and waste any more time and so have booked else where.

The cinema itself was fine. However, we didn't see a single member of staff other than two chaps selling popcorn and snacks. No one checked our tickets, which we had purchased online....we could have just wandered in off the streets and watched the film. Which is exactly what I reckon the three teenage lads that arrived late and sat on the end of our row had done. They were a complete nuisance. Talking and laughing through the film, climbing over the seats in front of them, loudly eating their snacks and dropping their drinks cans. They also had their phone screens lit up throughout the whole of the film. If there had been any members of staff about I would have let them know....but then again, why should I miss some of the film I've paid to watch and also risk meeting the three of them outside. What could have been a nice cinematic experience was, therefore, spoiled.

Small but perfectly formed cinema. Shows the big films but always cheaper than going to the big chain cinemas. Hot food, drinks and alcohol available to buy to take into the film with you. My wife likes to drink every day ended in a Y so perfect for her.

Skating was fine but half the bowling alleys were down. Poor choice of food. Friendly bar.

Cinema was great however I booked online, I'm fairly certain I could have just strolled in and picked a screen and noone would have battled an eyelid! I went to the till and 3 members of staff stood there talking.. noone really bothered with me only because I made a point of speaking to them and saying I booked, they printed the tickets off we went upstairs to the screen never to be greeted by another member of staff

Went for a bowling party for my sons birthday. All staff very friendly, bowling is bowling, drinks and food what you would expect. Just a little tired looking in places so that's why only 4 starts.

Very run down and very overpriced. We have paid 31£ for 2 people on Saturday late night. The ice has not been scraped off and quite dangerous to skate. We rented skates which were old, broken and with no inner padding, which made skating very uncomfortable straight away.. could be a nice place to come back if it would get some investment.Could not book for bowling as they inly had 3 lines open. In a nutshell- disappointed

Took my wife to bowling here in uttoxeter.Had a good time but the aisle we were on kept breaking really interrupted our games and fun. 5 times I had to go to the staff to sort it out.Would go again

Very quiet. Went for the bowling alley, and we enjoyed ourselves.Lower the stars as the toilets were disgusting.
