I recently sent a large (110x110 cm) acrylic, wood framed piece of artwork from Tunbridge Wells to Dusseldorf, Germany. Greg at MBE was incredibly helpful, suggesting best postal service options to use etc. The packaging was fantastic and the painting arrived in pristine condition within 1 week.

I recently bought an vintage receiver and two speakers in the south of England. Each unit weighed about 20 kg, and the dimensions were also large. These are delicate items, both in terms of wooden housing and electronic content, paper diaphragms of loudspeakers or grilles. The packaging team led by Greg did an excellent job. The packaging I received indicates great experience and meticulousness. The cardboard boxes were of adequate size and strength. Items wrapped in a thick layer of bubble wrap. The spaces between the goods and the walls of the box were filled with polystyrene flakes, and the movement of the heavy contents was limited by a well-thought-out construction made of an inch-thick foam. The parcels traveled about 1800 km and I received them in perfect condition. Thank you for the quality and care for my things. British quality will now remind me not only of audio and music ;)

MBE picked up a few things I’d bought at auction after giving me an estimate. Packed up everything and shipped it to me.Packing was excellent and everything arrived in perfect condition (even had some breakables in one of my parcels).Great communication and excellent service all round.
