William Wilson Bathroom Showroom

Have had 2 bathroom kits from Wilsons now and am totally happy with what we have had. Recently a glass panel for one of our showers shattered and although out of warranty Wilsons contacted the manufacturer who agreed to replace the item free of charge. Our particular thanks to Jackie who sorted everything out and arranged for the delivery for us - first class. Also a big thanks to the driver who carried the new panel right into the house where we could then fit it. With so much being done on line it is nice to find a local company where service still counts.

Recently I was searching for some items for a bathroom and I attended a fair few showrooms and it wasn't until I visited William Wilsons showroom I was able to find the answers I was looking for. The gentleman in the showroom Allan answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. Allan took the time assist really helped. would highly recommend A+ Customer service.

Although I had to make an appointment online due to Covid restrictions, got an appointment the very next day. Although I already had a reasonable idea of what I was looking for from their website for my renovated shower room, was shown the products and alternatives from a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. Hwas able to show me the products, suggest alternatives and advise on sizes, materials and practicalities and on matching their wetwall range with floortiles I am sourcing elsewhere. They had a good range of displays and for someone like me who is not at all technically minded and a bit indecisive when offered too much choice, I would recommend whole heartedly.

I went to the parts store for a new cistern thingy and got excellent customer service. Thanks again for your help.

Went in to enquire waterproof wall panels. We waited 15 mins for a sales person. There only seemed to be one guy working and he was dealing with someone. There were other customers in waiting around too. We helped ourselves to samples but as there was no-one available to speak to, did not get to discuss products or prices. Not impressed with customer service and therefore not likely to use.

Over time since my previous review I have been in the branch , seeking parts, on a sat morning , noticed the change of staff and my what a difference , totally ignored , when phoning it rings out , when I did get through they had no clue about products, ended up going to screqfix , bitterly disappointed won't be back ever
