Amazing customer service from John, the owner of UK Trade Cars. The E46 M3 was prepped to a high standard with £1000s spent on wheel refurbishment, discs, pads, service, spare key and 2 new rear tyres. I was even collected from the station in Leeds and driven to Wetherby to pick up the vehicle - a friendly and long-standing employee called Win drove me all the way in a stunning 840d! Really enjoyed dealing with John and his fantastic team. I highly recommend doing business with this company. Not surprised to see so many 5 star reviews. Thank you John and Win!

I bought a gorgeous car from John earlier this year and I also got a very fair price for the car I put in exchange for it. The car is fabulous, drives like a dream and we love it. John was a professional from start to finish, genuine, patient, honest, warm, helpful and personable, knew his stuff and he did exactly what he said he would do. Such a refreshing change from some of the previous experiences we have had when buying cars and other items. We would recommend him 100% without doubt to our family, friends and colleagues. This is the first review I’ve left, it’s not something i generally do (for good or bad service) however having dealt with many car dealers over the years I felt I had too.I recently brought an Audi RS5 as a weekend toy from UK Trade Cars, the no hassle no fuss approach from John was brilliant. I arrived at the showroom was handed the keys and left to my own devices, when I was ready I requested a test drive, again no issue, on went the trade plates and off I went.The car was as described on the website with no issues regarding condition or history etc. Following the test drive John and I discussed price - again no fuss just a straightforward negotiation.Unfortunately (through no fault of John or the garage) the car developed a transmission fault whilst I was 120 miles from home. After arranging recovery via the warranty company I contacted UK Trade Cars expecting a less interested response. To my surprise not only was John concerned for my welfare (stuck on the A14 on the hottest day of the year for over 10 hours), he was immediately trying to arrange recovery from my home to get the car repaired. UK Trade cars took care of everything as well as delivery and collection of my car.John kept me updated with texts,emails and photos throughout the repair time which was much appreciated.This truly is a great, honest garage with a good selection of cars. I would 100% recommend!Once again John, thanks for your help before, during and especially after my purchase - Top Man!!

Just bought a car from UK trade Cars and honestly couldn't recommend them enough. John was incredible, myself and my partner felt like royalty the whole time from enquiring about the car to the moment it was delivered to my door step and then messaging me to ask if I was happy with the car and if there was anything else that they can do, nothing was too much trouble!As for the man who delivered the car, Karl, he was amazing, friendly and a real credit to the company.Honestly wouldn't hesitate purchasing another car from this company, and would recommend if you are thinking about it. You will not regret it!!

Excellent customer service. Buying cars is not on my favourites list but this was not only painless but enjoyable. John is friendly and laid back with no heavy sales pitch. Very fair price for part ex, every effort spent to make this to go smoothly. I would definitely recommend.

We were able to leave a deposit and then when we needed to move the collection date they were happy to reschedule.At pick up the car had been valeted to an amazing standard! It looked like new! They even had the wheels refurbished for me at no extra cost!
