I have had coaching/counselling sessions with Jen over the last 6 weeks to help with the grief I have since losing my beautiful Daughter Megan in February 2020.The sessions with Jen have really helped me as I have talked through my grief in great detail and discussed my anger/hurt with losing Megan at such a young age.Jen has helped me cope with the anger & constant sadness I feel & has guided me over the last 6 weeks whilst having the sessions. If I hadn't seen Jen when I did I would have ended up going off work sick. Jen is a very caring, lovely lady & has had her own grief to deal with so totally understands what people are going through.I would highly recommend anyone to contact Jen who requires any form of grievance coaching/counselling sessions.Joanne Byrne x

Great training. It gave a deeper understanding and an alternative insight to known strategies of support. Hearing the personal experiences from the grief coach definitely helps to understand effective ways to comfort during the grief process.

I recently attended the ‘Grief Awareness for School’s’ training. This much needed training for our schools is delivered in a safe, confidential, empathetic environment, supported by a wealth of knowledge and lived experience. The training provided knowledge about grief and provided skills on how we can approach conversations and best support someone experiencing grief, reducing the barriers and stigmas around them. I came away a lot more confident in having a conversation and supporting someone experiencing grief. Thank you so much for your time x
