My insurance company uses this company for call outs and repairs, from the moment my boiler stopped working to them fixing it was very quick. We were deemed as high priority due my son having additional needs. Daniel the engineer was every polite and professional following Covid rules and wearing his mask.Can't fault this company and I will definitely recommend this company in the future.Thank you to the team at Taking Care of Boilers Ltd.

I had one of you engineers (Nat) at my home this morning and was staggered by the speed that he replaced the Water/heating diverter valve, left no mess and bled the system as required.He also called one hour prior to his visit, all in all a great experience.Please pass on my thanks to your engineer and I have passed on my thanks to Helplink.

My insurance used this company because I had no heating or hot water last week. Communication was brilliant, engineer arrived on time. Easy fix , a sensor needed replacing. The engineer was so friendly and informative he is a real credit to the company. Gave me advice on how to properly take care of my Make of boiler. I was so impressed by the service that I am going to give the company a call and use them moving forward for my annual boiler servicing. Great to use a company who have genuine nice staff who know how to be friendly and give good customer service. Highly recommend.

My insurance company used this silly and unprofessional company , shelas wheels , Tim the senior engineer was very rude to my husband whilst I was at work, he also refused to carry out the work any further said they don't have the capacity to fix my boiler ! They also seemed very rasist as they refuse to help us as we were not the same colour as them!How rude and very unprofessional! And very unhelpful complete waste of our time ! No information was given regarding wht repairs the boiler needed.? Please do not use this company ?

Tim had been looking after our aged system for around a year, through insurance, which could have lasted but equally could have been costly. I mentioned a new boiler and Tim explained that the boiler is only a part of the solution, the heaters it turned out were older than me. A quote for a complete upgrade was issued and I decided to go ahead. Best decision I made. Tim and all of the staff have been amazing throughout, since the first breakdown of my old system to the completion and commissioning of the new one. Tim went above and beyond what I expected, provided a very reasonable quote and saved me money where it was necessary. He worked tirelessly throughout the installation process and I still don’t recall him taking a break, except when I made a coffee but even then he usually drank it cold. Please consider Taking Care of Boilers if you’re considering any work on your central heating system and listen to what they tell you, you might end up saving a quid or two.Great team, great company.

My insurance company uses Taking Care of Boilers for emergency call-outs and repairs, as was the case last week when my boiler wouldn’t fire up. They made initial contact within an hour of my call to my insurance company and an engineer would be attending my property the same afternoon. They were first class with a prompt and efficient service and I was always kept informed of progress and developments. I had a few days to wait for spares once the engineer had diagnosed the fault but once the spare parts arrived a few days later they were fitted and tested the same day. I had a minor issue with my central heating system following the repairs and made a call to them on Monday morning. By mid afternoon that day, Nathan had attended my house and fixed the problem (replacing another valve and electrical switch).The engineers always kept me informed and always left my house as they found it. Also the office staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Overall, I can’t thank them enough for an excellent all round service and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service. I'm so glad the engineer they sent wasn't a quitter! Tim identified the rather puzzling issue with my rather quirky heating system and found a way to fix it swiftly and fully. Very happy!

Why does your heating always break down when it's freezing cold outside, and in for a penny in for a pound, imagine also washing your hair in painfully cold water.Tim came out to diagnose the fault within hours. I can't pretend I was pleased to hear that the boiler was a total write off but I am glad that I had Taking Care of Boilers on our side. We had a comprehensive quote for a replacement within 24 hours, including detailed options and advice to allow us to choose the most suitable products for our budget. Taking Care of Boilers were back with us with a two man team that same week and we were toasty and warm within days. All of the team were polite, friendly and trustworthy and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. RECOMMENDED. The best service we've ever received from a plumber. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

TCOB were contracted by my insurance company to do an annual inspection. Craig was the engineer. He phoned me on the day to give notice of his arrival and was polite, professional and helpful throughout the visit.
