I have purchased a BMW from this place and Tyler Orme from sales have been a fantastic help with chowing the car and getting other bits sorted.I actually had an issue with the car straight away and got it sorted by BMW in my local area. Evans Halshaw’s service team has been really helpful and paid for the cost covered under my premium guarantee. He took the time to talk through every option I had in great detail and helped me find the deal that suited me. My car took a while to arrive, but Richard remained in contact with me throughout the process and continually provided me updates. Will definitely be back when I need change my car.

I bought a second hand car from here and had first class service.I firstly dealt with Levi who was extremely helpful and professional. He was not your usual pushy car salesman. He explained all about the products that were available and the different prices.I then dealt with Jack via email to ensure that everything was going to run smoothly on the day of collection.On collection day I dealt with Cody. Despite the bad weather, he managed to walk me around the vehicle and ensure that I knew how to use it properly.I would definitely recommend Evans Halshaw , Sloper Road.

Extremely happy with the service I received from Chris Jenkins when I got my new car. Such a kind, helpful person. Made everything easy and he took great care in making sure everything was just right. Test drive was arranged prior and talked through all the features which I love. Have had a few follow up calls to check in and make sure I'm happy too which has been great. Chose the mokka and its such a lovely car. Would highly recommend.

Me and my partner have recently bought a second hand car from this dealership and will always be grateful for all the help and support we received.We dealt with Tyler and from the start of the process right to the very end he ensured we had a top class experience in purchasing our car.Tyler informed us of all of the add-ons and explained them in detail so we knew what we was buying. He was well mannered and always had a smile on his face from the 2 days that we had been at the store.After purchasing the car Tyler had ensured that we was happy with the purchase and with the valet and waxing we had done on the second day. He even went around the car to check that it was done proper.Will definitely be back at Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Cardiff in the future for other cars… purely based on the experience we had with Tyler.

Fantastic service from Christopher Jenkins. Vauxhall was our first port of call for a mobility car. Before settling for a Vauxhall we visited neighbouring dealers but, found their customer service and professionalism to be very unprofessional unlike Christopher's and later, we returned to Vauxhall to order a car. Christopher was very professional and knowledgeable - Vauxhall, you have a five star member of staff there - thank you Christopher.
