Incompetence personified. Sells items on line, then refuses to refund inspite tracking info showing as Returned to Sender,by Hermes. Gives small businesses a bad name. Tried to Half Refund, as a Goodwill gesture". What a joke. Ebay had to step in to help me.Time waster. Avoid."
