Amazingly helpful, went in with a tiny screw that I had no way of identifying, and not only did the man behind the counter tell me what they were, he had them in stock for me then and there. Anyone that wants to run any sort of independent shop could benefit from a few customer service lessons given by the man here. Unfortunately was unable to catch his name but I owe you a pint for sure. My oven is all fixed now thanks to you!
