The staff we had to help us were friendly professional and helped in every way they could. They were understanding of my sons Autism and nothing was too much trouble. It was an enjoyable experience and we can't thank them enough for their help and support.

Absolutely appalling service! Staff is rude and unhelpful as I am trying to find out where my order is. Ordered 2 weeks ago with no sign of it or replacement. Keep blaming DPD not taking any responsibility whatsoever. In the age of Amazon and next day delivery your service is absolutely appalling!

I visited this store Saturday 17th Dec 2022, to equip my daughter with an entirely new uniform for her new school. The staff member judged my daughter's size perfectly by eye. She knew the school kit list from memory and could comment on what was essential and which were preference items. She had all the items we needed in stock and didn't seem at all frustrated when I changed my mind on an item. Was it cheap though - no, but the items seem to be of very high quality.I can only imagine that other reviews with negative comments are based on visiting at peak times, when stock items may run low and staff may be inundated with demand. We received excellent service that could not be criticised in any way. A great staff member and great service.

An excellent school outfitters with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Worth going in to try stuff on as sizing varies between items. Appointments available or drop in on Saturdays. Free delivery to your home if ordered in store!

Staff were friendly and efficient. Was not able to purchase everything that I came for but it was delivered to my home when they said it would be. The store is easily accessible if you make use of the park n ride. I had to contact the store and it was surprisingly painless to get through to someone. I generally dislike having to go into Oxford but this was a reasonably easy trip.

Wide variety of uniforms and school supplies. I wish it would be more cheaper or reasonable price.

Parking can be an issue. Plus you’re not allowed to browse the store without an appointment.

Very helpful staff. Didn't have what we needed in stock but were able to check sizes from another school's range then they pre-ordered for delivery to our house for free when they come back in stock.Good service

Staff a bit too keen to help jumped on straight away no time to browse had it nit been the inly place to the vorrect unifirm we would have turned straight around and gone elsewhere
