This is the second time I've needed asbestos removed my property (hopefully the last, it's expensive stuff to get rid of!). Both times I've had a good experience, staff have arrived promptly as agreed, and even when things havent gone to plan (not their fault, it's not easy removing an asbestos shed roof embedded in concrete) it was dealt with efficiently and quickly. It was helpful the second time they visited to have smooth cooperation between the ID asbestos staff and a plumber who was replacing the asbestos pipe they were removing with a plastic one. For anyone unhappy about the price being quoted, please bear in mind asbestos is very expensive to dispose of, so you are not just paying for the time it takes to remove something.

The cheapest quote I found in Norfolk and excellent service, from call to sample result took under a week: called on a Tuesday, fitted me in to take sample during a cancellation on Friday, results of sample through on the Monday. Sample taker was professional and good advice given at every stage - no attempts to upsell to get more money. Will be recommending to anyone with similar issues and wouldn’t hesitate to use again on anything dubious-looking!

We used ID asbestos as we had an old and quite large garden shed that had an asbestos roof and sides and was covered in ivy that needed to be taken away as it wasn’t in good condition. On first contact with Victoria on the phone we were advised to take pictures and a brief description of size and send them through email for an estimate. We received an estimate almost immediately and agreed to have the works done for a good price.On the day Daniel and Conner arrived at the time stated and started work straight away. Taking off the ivy and dismantling the shed bit by bit and bagging and wrapping everything as they went, nothing was missed. They were both very professional, hard working, tidy and polite.After they left you wouldn’t have known anyone had been, minus the shed of course. So if you have asbestos you’re thinking about disposing of don’t hesitate to call ID asbestos for a friendly and very professional service with good communication throughout.
