My wife and I visited the showroom about 18 months ago to register for a Rolex Datejust41. Sam was extremely knowledgable and was clearly passionate about watches. I was able to try on a similar watch to check the fit etc and he was very helpful. I haven’t been lucky enough to be allocated a watch yet but hope to see him again soon.

They don’t even deserve one star. I bought a Rado watch from here. Initially we were confused in two watches and it was told that buy one and if you change your mind come back we will exchange or return it. Post this they removed the linkage to fit the wrist size. We went the next day again because the same watch was available at a very discounted price at another place. But when we went to went we were told that the watch can not be returned as the links have been removed. They said that a new employee had said that the watch can be returned but we apologise for what he said. Seriously? Just apology? Am I responsible for the new staff? When we requested to see the manager they started making excuses and when we insisted in louder voice they called security to intimidate us. Please avoid this shop. The prices are not competitive and forget about customer service. I have written to their customer service email and waiting to hear back from them.

A highly engaging experience which is personalised on request with friendly communication throughout the process. I would like to make everybody aware of my recent experience with a staff member, a true asset. Her name is Safiyya and today i experienced a level of customer service I could not even fathom. She reached out to me recently about a particular watch that i have been waiting a long time for and over the period she has known me she has learnt alot about me and my life. She managed to obtain a Rolex Submariner Date for me and layed out fruits, snacks drinks in a VIP booth for safety and security. I am shocked by my experience from a couple of hours ago and cant wait to be back. It was all taylored towards me and my background. I have been delt with by others but she is deffinately unmatched. I am a very sentimental person and the price of the watch is a mere cost for the touching sentiment put into this watch of mine and i will cherish this for years to come.

Poor experience with Francesca Handley. I went in with my partner to get an update on his Rolex profile. Instead of being helpful in Sam's absence (who usually deals with us), she was very arrogant and started saying 'oh you only registered this year' and went on to explain clients wait years for a Datejust 36.She was also rude, interrupted me and went on to say, I may never get a watch from their store. I'm not sure if this was a personal attack on me, or just her general approach.I left feeling upset and did not expect this. I spoke to a friend of mine who has dealt with her too, he has now started shopping at Bucherer instead due to the way Francesca dealt with him. I will be doing the same.

Great experience with WOSWas dealt with By a lovelyLady ‘Nadia’ who dealt with my request one year ago and was always updating me throughout. I’m happy with my whole experience would definitely give here 5/5 for all her work! She takes a lot of pride in her work and makes the whole experience remarkable.Thank you

Bought a Rolex in 2010, they lost my details and when they had new stock, refused to sell to me saying”I needed to be an existing customer.” Have since complained to Rolex and to their management, no one cares. This is the service they give in 2022 and 2023. Boycott this type of over confident business practice. The chickens will come home to roost hopefully.

Excellent service, my second purchase with WOS, Sam is a great salesman & is very knowledgeable. It was good dealing with someone who has an interest in horology. Looking forward to my next purchase in the near future. Highly recommended to all!
