The Orchid Studio Beckenham

Love my nails but avoid the eyebrow waxing totally uneven, not the usual young lady I see she is very good. Shame I will not be returning.

Great friendly staff, appointment was on time and they did an excellent job.

I recently had a wonderful experience at The Orchid Studio Beckenham. Despite being 30 minutes late for my appointment, the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. The service provided was exceptional, and the staff's professionalism and kindness made me feel at ease throughout my treatment. Additionally, the complimentary tea, coffee, or water offered during my visit was a kind touch that added to the overall positive experience. What a horrible experience. Will never go back there again. The man with the top knot does not know how to do nails, not sure why he’s sitting there doing manicures. He filed my nails so badly, he left my nails all different size. He didn’t even bother to remove all the dead and dry skin around my nails. He painted my nails very badly, looks lumpy and he didn’t even paint my full nail from the bottom. I asked for a luxury manicure with a deep massage and I didn’t get that, he only moisturised my hand and called it a deep massage.Also got my eye brows done from this place. I told the lady I only want to neaten my brows up only and NOT to make it thin at all. She completely ignored what I said and made my eyebrows pencil thin. I have cuts all around my brows and it is paining me so much! Even while she was threading my eyebrows, the pain was unbearable. Absolutely ridiculous. They don’t know how to do their job properly and yet get away with it. Disgusting place.

T who does my wax is amazing as usual. After my wax today the owner of the shop shouted about long my wax took in front of all the customers. Very unprofessional and disappointed. All the owner seems to care about in this shop is about the money and not the quality of the service! Such a shame.Update:Everyone wants Tj because she’s the best, get more staff instead of forcing your “aunty” whose skills needs upgrading onto your clients. I paid for the service just like the next customer. Work on your customer service and stop booking back to back appointments - but of course this what you do because all you care about is money. I didn’t plan on coming back to your shop. All the best!

I came here with my friend on the 27th April for my hand and feet gel French tip with a smile line!!ONLY £50 for both !!!Amazing price and amazing service never been offered tea coffee or water in a nail shop before like EVER!!!Tho is a lovely lady very welcoming and trusting as I had to transfer £10 instead of going to the shop next door and the atm charging me £3 per transaction.I went back today as a nail has split quite low and voila it has been saved !!! (Been growing them for 6 months)Kahn the guy who fixed it for me was very friendly too and funny we had jokes and done the job very quickly and very well!!Thanks guys ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Il be back!!!

Awful! Maybe its the luck of the draw but the technician did a terrible job. All my nails are broken within 7 days. waste of money and time. Will not be returning.
