Asked for the same thing 3 times because the girl was having conversations with colleagues and not paying attention. She got the order wrong, threw it away. So wasteful!!!! Then by the time I sat down to eat it was a great big sloppy mess. Not a great experience.

Very poor service. Purchased a large veg naked burrito and the stuffing was kids size. When requested for bit more stuffing, the staff got agitated and mentioned this is the portion size. Salsa was given less than 1 spoon, salad and lettuce they didn't bother asking and when I asked they literally ignored and said do you need guacamole which is £1.30 extra. When said no, pushed my bowl further. Reaching at till, I mentioned can you please put little more of salsa and corn, lady straight away mentioned this is the portion size and that is all.Pathetic.....These guys cannot come near to the quality and service of Chipotle...!!!

When I went there I was greeted with nothing but attitude. It was absolutely ridiculous. I was not told that the place was card only till my burrito had already been made. So to me surprise when I got to the till with only cash and no card I was met with nothing but rudeness and a major lack of manners. I hope that the cashier that served me learns to have some better customer service because hers was absolutely appalling. Absolutely disgraceful. 1/10 experience.

Not a great experience. Ordered a large naked burrito which only half filled the bowl and had to challenge manager on portion size, which she admitted was too small. Also Taco filling (which you don’t get much of in the first place) was spilt over foil sheet whilst transferring to bowl. When I asked if it could all be added back to my Tacos I got rolled eyes from the server. I new they charged for guacamole but the potion seems to have got much smaller. Won’t be coming back!

Food was lovely, service was good but staff didn't know about common allergens. They have removed some classic menu items so if you have a specific order check before you go to make sure it hasn't been removed.

Always love a good burrito from Tortilla! The large is a perfect size and will have you feeling full for ages! Service at this particular branch is excellent too. Chicken is Halal.

Would definitely never go back. Me and my sister were wanting something to eat and decided to try a burrito here as we’ve never had tortilla before and it looked lovely. While they were making the burrito we found it it difficult to know what each item was, and found it odd that beef was 70p extra, even though the two options were only beef and chicken. While we were paying for our meals, the worker insisted that my sister hadn’t paid for her meal, and that it declined but she had received a notification to say it had come out of her account. The lady serving us was very rude and kept saying that it has declined and we wouldn’t get our food unless she paid for it. So my sister paid again and we went to sit down and she received another payment notification, so she had been charged twice. Luckily the manager refunded her the money so the problem was solved.We then finally went to eat our meals and as I opened up my burrito the chicken was pink inside. There were various pieces that looked as if they were still raw. I then went back up to the till and explained what the problem was, and was told it was impossible to be undercooked as the chicken is precooked, however if it is precooked how is it still pink? I showed her the chicken and she took the tray from me and said “what do you want me to do, would you like a refund or it remade” I had been put of eating by this point so I asked for a refund. Throughout this she continued to shake her head at me, roll her eyes and insist I was wrong.

DO NOT ORDER ON UBEREATS. Ordered twice because the first time they severely messed up my order and then ordered again to give them the benefit of doubt and they again failed to impressed. Just failed in general really. Waiting around an hour for them to pack and deliver food is ridiculous since we live 15 mins away. Please sort yourselves out before coming on food delivery sites.

The meal was good actually. What I really did not like the cashier lady convinced my wife the 1st. transaction did not go through, so she charged again, despite my wife showed the bank notification to her it was already charged. We have paid twice for the same meal. Such a good bargain isn't it? (My wife had to report this fraud to the bank, so we got the refund) Avoid at any double" cost."
