FOURTH AND CHURCH
I had the best meal at Fourth and Church that I have had anywhere in a very long time.We had padron peppers to start which were juicy, salty and curried, then three veg dishes which were the star of the show; a fantastic aubergine dish, heritage tomatoes and the standout burrata with peaches.Following this were barbecued tiger prawns and lovely char sui pork ribs.We even squeezed in two puddings - panacotta and a chocolate one which finished things off nicely.All of the dishes were clearly created and prepared by people with a passion for and a deep knowledge of great flavours.We had dogs with us and sat outside, this might be a problem if it's wet, but we went on a lovely afternoon.The staff are friendly and welcoming and the service is unhurried but efficient.You can certainly eat for less in the area, but I doubt you'll find better.

I’d never been before. It was more welcoming and casual than I expected, and the atmosphere and decor were great. The staff were lovely. Didn’t catch the name of the man behind the bar that served us, but he was really nice and I appreciated his knowledge of the wine - I’m terrible at choosing so told him what I fancied and he chose perfectly! Food was interesting and delicious, so that also hit the spot! Had a really lovely evening there!

Fantastic experience, especially if you like your wine, as the staff certainly know their stuff. Asked for a selection of choices and some truly excellent recommendations with a small tailored list of white burgundy. We'll done! Great food and very original and the staff really get service, very impressed and would highly recommend. We went for a long birthday lunch for 4 on a Thursday and had Great vibe as well. Go and see for yourself.

Such a fantastic place. Four of us ate different dishes and every one was divine. Service impeccable and explanations of dishes and ingredients given with time and detail despite the place being busy. I’ve already booked for another dinner!

Awesome restaurant. We had the dinner set menu and a bottle of wine. For the combination of quality and quantity it's a steal. Sitting in the restaurant you can see, taste and smell that every aspect of the dining experience has been considered.

Phenomenal lunch today sitting in the window seats. Standout dishes were the cured trout and smoked haddock tart but everything we had was delicious, not one negative. Lovely, professional service by Paul and (I think) Lauren. Thank you for a special meal, can't recommend enough.
