They sold my Dad a high value TV with a faulty power cable, refused to replace it and charged him for a new one that would arrive in 3 days. It has now been 9 or 10 days, he still hasn't even had a courtesy phone call to inform him when it will arrive and an apology.I had 1 conversation with a rude lady on the phone and have since been ignored/not answered around 10 times.Shocking customer service

Cannot be more pleased with the service took laptop on Saturday at about 11.30am due to a virus on laptop. Was ready to pick up on Monday laptop working perfectly and was a good price also.

Took my laptop in as I was getting an error message about low internal battery power. Explained the different options regarding battery replacement. Professional and timely service. Recommend to me by a friend and would recommend to others and use again.

Phoned them with problem with my Sony TV. Tried to resolve over the phone but unable to, so took it in. Less than 24 hours later they emailed me to say it was ready -- wonderful service. They also charge less than other repairers to diagnose the fault and you can take it to them, saving call out charge, All in all an absolutely first class service and very nice people as well.

I took my Denon amplifier for repair. I found them to be honest and professional people. They checked it out at no charge and advised me within a day that it was not economical to repair. They also took trouble to explain me what the problem was. Pleasant people to work with who inspire a lot of confidence. I will certainly use them again. Thanks

He arrived on time and was swift and efficient. It has been a real help to my business and is appreciated every day. Very good service. My Laptop had a faulty screen (not working) and when I came here to SLR addiscombe center, the screen was replaced and the laptop screen worked. Thank you once again.

I dropped my son's long-forgotten Nintendo Switch down to these guys a couple of days ago. The USB-C charging port had snapped. They fixed it within 24 hours and also rectified a blown capacitor for the same price they quoted. It works better than ever - A Grade repair shop! Thanks, SLR!
