Booked Master AV services to mount my flatscreen tv and soundbar onto my living room wall and hide the cables. They turned up and forgot to connect the soundbar to the tv (leaving a cable clearly visible between the two), left metres of unnecessary cable and a power pack behind the tv which causes the tv to stick out from the wall and also left a messy finish where they chased through the wall. We complained straight away and heard some half baked excuses that they would return immediately and fix it but this never happened and haven’t heard anything in months despite numerous emails.

Steve and team first fitted a home projector and screen for us five years ago and then used again to change our sound system, controllers and install a multi room Sonos a few months ago. They have been brilliant at listening to our needs, advising on and providing the right equipment for purpose - and particularly in aftercare service. Fitting was smooth and hassle free. No hesitation in recommending if you want your home systems updating.

Very charming and efficient installers for me. They did a wonderful job. I know that compared to some of the big cinema installation jobs you do ours was relatively small fry, but finding a way of installing a larger tv in perhaps a more traditional setting has its challenges too and we are thrilled with their solution! They achieved much more forward extension than I thought possible and so the tv angles really well.

AV home network install.We recently moved house and wanted a complete network & wifi solution. with TV installed. From survey to installation Master AV services were fantastic.
