I bought a VW Up from Ian and have been nothing but impressed by his professionalism and the quality of the car. As a new and wary driver, I wanted a small and dependable vehicle and he promptly sourced, checked, acquired, then sold to me the perfect one. Having never owned a car before, I’ve had many questions, and Ian has been on hand to answer - even assisting me in dealing with the insurance company when I had an accident! I can’t recommend him enough for a quality car and exemplary, caring customer service. I wouldn’t buy a car from anybody else in the future.

What can I say, other than this was the best experience by far of buying a car, Ian makes you feel more like a friend than a customer, he's very knowledgeable and loves to help you with any concerns you may have, I bought a wonderful car from him and then two days later went on a driving holiday around Wales and felt totally confident in the car, in fact it made the holiday even better, thank you so much Ian for a great experience.

Bought a car from here a few years ago and not only was it for a good price, it has given me very little to no issues. Ian treats you like a friend rather than a customer, which is great. Furthermore, he recently serviced and fixed an issue with my car, within a very quick time frame and a good price too. Would recommend him if you're looking for a reliable car dealer.

I purchased a VW Eos from Tail Lights. Ian was very accomodating on viewing times. The car was exactly as described. No hard sell or pressure sales, the car sold itself. Very easy transaction. I brought a car from this dealer yesterday. Everything was perfect and as described, the dealer was very helpful and communicated with me through the whole process. He gave me a great warranty and even picked me up from the station as I travelled from far, helped me get petrol and made sure I had knew everything I needed to know before leaving. He really put my mind at ease and I would whole heartedly recommend buying a car from him.
