Careful with this company!It is an online business without knowledge of shipping customs. I had a loss of several hundred euros because of that. no explanation. no apologies. they clearly do not care.you are welcome to contact me for further details, before engaging in business with them.ps: all accusations below are wrong and they know it. online businesses NEED to be open to solving problems caused by mail-delivery.(this is not an issue of money here - the package in question was insured, but this company refused to report the damage for weeks, did not reply to emails or return calls. I assume they act with customer complaints just like they do with business partners. be careful there).

Following my mother's death in May I ordered some handmade ceramic keepsake comfort pebbles, containing some of her ashes, for my family members. The service I received from Scattering Ashes was excellent from start to finish with good communications and level of respect. The pebbles came within the time scale advised and were well packaged and nicely presented. They are beautifully made and will be a lovely and long lasting keepsake of a wonderful Mum. If you want ideas and advice on what do do with cremation ashes then I highly recommend their products and services.

We had a great experience. We asked for our pet to be returned in a scatter tube when he was cremated but he was returned to us in what was basically a plastic sandwich bag, in a box. We were extremely upset and found Scattering Ashes online and ordered a scatter tube that afternoon. It arrived to us in less than 24h. We have now transferred our little guy into the tube following the instructions in our order. They made our situation extremely less stressful. Thank you so much.

I was recommended to Scattering Ashes as a solution to build a bespoke casket as per specification provided to me by the Royal Navy.From the outset during the initial phone call, I was put at ease with an in depth description of the build process, including lead time based on work load for this highly recommended business.Communication was ample and instruction for delivery to the Undertakers was carried out seamlessly.The day at the Royal Navy Historical Dockyards to commit my Father to the depths via the Royal Navy service, was immaculate and the casket disappeared beneath the ocean's surface to join shipmates below.Thank you so much for your gorgeous craft of the casket.Highly recommended.

What a fantastic company ! I rang to order something special for my late mum I am planning to scatter her ashes at sea, I spoke to Richard and he was so helpful and listened so well to what I needed. I was browsing websites looking for jewellery to put my mum’s ashes in and found Scattering Ashes, they’re based in Newton Abbot which I took as a sign as it’s where my Mum was born and grew up.I ordered a pendant and the whole process was pretty simple. From receiving the package to return the ashes in, being notified when they were received and confirmation of my piece being completed and sent out.The communication I had with them was spot on, while I may have been being neurotic and worrisome they understood, were more than patient and understanding during a difficult time.Thank you, it’s the perfect piece for me and I’m thankful I found your site
