Ordered parts online for collection at local depot. 20miles later and was given wrong part! Correct part was not in stock, despite online ordering saying there was one available..... Money refunded and 20 mile drive home to order from elsewhere.

Awful company to deal with. Paid for a part and it wasn't sent. Zero communication. Call and ask what's going on as had heard nothing. Part re ordered. I get a call to make payment, explained that I had already paid. Okay they said. Get another call. Make payment, I explained everything again. Get put on hold. Guy comes back and said no problem, your original order has been credited and then used to pay for the new order. Get another call. Make payment, explained everything again. New guy said that was incorrect and I was refunded back on my card. I have not been. Had to pay again as it's for a customer car. Useless people to do business with.

Had everything we needed staff were friendly. Prices appear to have increased in line with most retail outlets, but they are reliable. I usually buy branded parts such as Bosch. They have a good returns policy if I picked the incorrect part.

Very poor customer service! I ordered something online, paid on arrival, and then been told that they can't find it. Now I have to wait for the refund to come through. What is the point of asking for a money before checking properly if item is there or not? No apologies what so ever. Someone definitely needs more training there.

Ordered and paid £50 worth of motor oil online. Had a time frame to collect between 28th Sept- 5th Oct. Went to collect today after work and I find out when I get there, management regually cancels and refunds customers paid order online even within the time frame to collect. Its only been 4 days and I had 2 days still to collect??! An employee told me this happens frequently across the branches. What is the point of having a set time frame to collect, if the company makes up a random policy to cancel your paid order online within the time frame 4 days in??! How frustrating without customers being notified even by email or phone call?Poor customer service!!!

I was on holiday in Norfolk and these guys were really helpful when I needed some car parts urgently. They were friendly and helpful and knowledgeable too. The cost of the parts was very reasonable too. I was really grateful for their help.
