Website was poorly made, which means Poor customer service because the Search engine doesn't work on the website and I couldn't search and buy what I want,,Feeling disappointed

HomeFood Express is a great African shop to buy your African food stuff and edibles which would make you feel at home once prepared. They have good customer service and would most likely have whatever it is you want to buy that you used to enjoy back home.

Expensive and terrible customer service. I visited a friend last week and was excited to see an Afriacn shop close to home in Northfield. Decided to have a look and the owner rushed me. Felt like he suspected me. He collected my items and asked me to come over and pay while I was still shopping. Worse thing, they don't accept card payment. Never going back.

Expensive price, very poor display and poor customer service.

My experience at this African shop in particular was horrible due to the service when I buy. The owner does not great his customers, he also shows rude attitudes towards them, speaks to his customers with a demanding voice, rushing customers. Everytime I have shopped at This facility I feel like my money has been given to a unprofessional human being… I HIGHLY don’t recommend shopping because of the absurd rude no mannered individual. Respect and humility is owed to everyone which is something that can’t be bought, home training shows you respect. I repeat myself DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE. This is will be the last time I shop at this rubbish.

Very nice flavours low price and nice staff

Always seems to have good variety of flavours on offer. Pleasant shop!
