A positive experience from beginning to end!Wonderful customer care and very professional staff across the board led by Marc.From Mel in the office to Leigh, Greg and all the lads who completed the work on site it’s very clear that Landscapia as a company has very high standards that the whole team share.Everything was done with a friendly and positive attitude.My rear garden was a wreck, neglected over many years and an awkward shape. There were also large areas of existing patio and paths – all in the wrong place and a massive shed that would have to go.Marc was so understanding and positive and helped me through the design stages throwing plenty of innovative ideas my way until we settled on the final design. Elements were incorporated and removed as he strived to meet my budget and I’m so glad I took his professional advice and kept the stronger elements of the design as they now make the garden the perfection it is.The six-week build went smoothly despite many bank holidays and delays in delivery of various bespoke items and I was kept fully informed all the way through the process. I loved that I felt so involved with the build and all my daft questions were answered with good humour and respect.The standard of accuracy and attention to detail was truly amazing to watch, especially during the construction from scratch of my beautiful curved seating area and bench.I'm absolutely delighted with the end result and can't rate Marc and his team highly enough. Brilliant!

We are absolutely thrilled with the work that Landscapia have done for us and have no qualms in recommending them. Marc designed our garden almost 13 years ago and together with Leigh, they made a superb job. When we wanted to update the decking area and install a gazebo, they were the obvious choice. Marc is passionate about his trade, is skilled at establishing the customers’ requirements and produces an outstanding result. The pre-project visit was so useful for clarifying timescales, deliveries etc and reviewing all the detail. Greg proved to be an impressive project manager and his team were consistently punctual, polite and hardworking. Everything was kept clean and tidy, even when the weather conditions were poor.As the first point of contact Melissa is a great ambassador for the company and has exceptional organisational skills. You are kept informed every step of the way. They really do go above and beyond and invest personally in the task. I knew when I started my project who I wanted to build it. It took a little time to get moving due to COVID restrictions, but they didn’t disappoint. Quality products built by a team with obvious experience at the top end of Landscaping. Started on time and finished on time, during, at times dreadful weather. Hoping to start Stage 2 at sometime in near future, I will only be approaching one companyPhase 2: ref. my previous comment, Landscapia have just finished the second stage of my project, fortunately for all concerned the weather was a little kinder. These guys tick all the boxes, attention to detail springs to mind, even when, maybe behind schedule, it all comes together.Thanks once again to the team.Mike

We first spoke to Marc with little idea about how we wanted to transform our garden. All we knew is that we wanted something more usuable that tied the outside space together with the house. Marc worked collaboratively with us to create a design which matched our brief and budget and incorporated several features that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. This was followed by an excellent experience with the build. The team led by Leigh and James were personable, had incredible attention to detail and created an outside space which exceeded our expectations.Overall it Landscapia provided an excellent service from start to finish and I'd highly recommend them.

Our garden project was a fairly large one involving three patio areas, a path, a pergola, a shed base, a reshaped lawn and new turf. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result and so glad we picked Landscapia to do the work. Their total professionalism and commitment to high standards meant that we had complete trust in everyone involved, from start to finish. Our dream garden was initially planned out by Marc after a full consultation and then handed over to our Project Manager, Leigh, who was there to reassure us every step of the way, oversee the work, get stuck in when needed, and whose team of lads worked extremely hard throughout in all sorts of weather. We also thank Melissa in the office, who was lovely and helpful and able to deal with any questions or issues we had as the project progressed. I have no hesitation in recommending Landscapia to anyone considering a garden makeover, as they did a brilliant job for us and made the future maintenance of our garden so much easier as well as giving us a beautiful space to enjoy from now on. A few weeks have gone by now, and we just want to thank Marc, Greg, Leigh and the team, who worked on this project to transform our garden from what it was to what it is it now. Our old wooden deck had come to the end of its useful life and I contacted Landscapia to install a replacement. Throughout the whole process, the team provided expert advice, kept us in touch with how things were progressing during challenging times and kept to their word with regard to timeliness and the quality of the end result. The team were an absolute pleasure to work with and have now been back to lay a resin-bonded path to finish off the project. They even cleared one of my borders of weeds and grass while they were waiting for the resin to set ! Excellent artificial grass installation service from start to finish - would genuinely recommend. Melissa always responded quickly to our queries and organised everything perfectly, from the survey by Dave, delivery of skip the day before and delivery of materials on the day. The installation team of Farrel and Alex were punctual, polite, very knowledgeable and worked really hard all day, leaving us with a perfect new lawn (Quickgrass 'Stratford') and no mess for us to clear up on driveway and paths afterwards - well done. I felt I was in a bit of a rut with my own design for my garden as it would have looked too 1980s. In So looking for inspiration and something contemporary I found Landscapia. I am so pleased I did. Marc and his team handled everything, starting with a blank canvas from design to construction and have created something I am amazed with. The project from start to finish went very well and I can say everybody who came to the site were professional well briefed, dedicated and worked very hard.
