Their lies costed us over a £1000 in legal fees and survey for a house that we could not buy because of boundaries issues.We asked specifically to check with the vendor about the car parked next to the house and check if the space was used as a driveway. They lied about the car, they stated the car belonged to the owner of the house we were buying, they even double checked with him. This influenced our decision to buy the house. It turned out that the car belonged to the neighbour and it was stalled and abandoned on the property and there were also boundaries desputes on the house. We only found this out by looking at google street view and saw that the same car was originally parked in the neighbour front garden so enquiered again with the neighbour directly. It was too late as building survey, the searches and legal documents were already underway.Appaling!

Jodie Watson has been extremely helpful all throughout the letting process. She is so soft spoken, and genuinely cares about her clients in finding their new home.
