Good coffee. Drive-thru available, Wi-Fi available, toilet available. There is a QR code on the window next to the entrance door, scan it and input your car reg to validate your parking.Sustainable concept: paper cup recycle tray, ethical sourcing of coffee bean, etc

Not a huge deal but it bugged me abit. Went to use the drive-thru, times on Google say 6pm close when in fact it's 5.30pm. I sat in the drive-thru for 5mins and nothing, I drive out, parked up and walked in and the place was empty with no staff. Shouted HELLO and 30secs later I was told to get out as they were shut and they want to go home. Wasn't impressed.

Went through the drive through, found the staff to be very rude and barely talk to you. Unprofessional through the speakers had us waiting ages at a closed window before saying anything to us. Then passed the drinks to us and closed the window.Drinks taste nice though just a shame very rude staff.

I pre ordered via the app and the coffee came very quickly. Can't complain too much.This Starbucks also has a drive through. Plenty of parking available.

Nice drinks, but that's where the good things end. As others have pointed out the staff are least bothered about cleanliness. The tables were not cleaned despite requesting it. If you park outside the cafe, don't forget to scan the barcode, It's very easy to miss and the staff don't remind you either, be prepared to pay hefty parking fine to ParkingEye.

Today I ordered a drink, and was told after I paid for it that they had no oat milk left and was pressured to choose an alternative. If an item on the menu isn’t available I should be made aware of that before i have paid for it. The girls serving me were very slow and chatting, not taking any care into the drinks being made.

Most mornings I am here at the drive through. Starbucks is my favourite and I could not do without my coffee!However, what makes this place extra special are the most amazing staff .. that make it even more special !Bill is the most kindest and most professional person that oozes customer service etiquette… I wish all learnt from him.. he is top notch in his customer service and it makes all the difference!!Jojo and Lydia are equally the same and so pleasant each time- who even remember your drink and just add an edge of class .. which money simply can not buy !!Wishing these three a very special Xmas and A wonderful HAPPY NEW YEAR !! Thank you for being the best !! I love Starbucks even more because of these 3 !!!Bill also let me know that the drive way is open till 7pm. This is good and I actually thought they closed at 6pm!

Lovely big cafe , very polite staff only given 4 rather then the 5 stars ,this day and age you would of thought that they would have a gluten-free range of biscuits or snacks. #disappointed

The atmosphere here is always welcoming. The Manager is always really bright and he seems to have a good morale with his staff. The staff are friendly and helpful too. The restaurant is not a busy one and you don’t have to wait too long.Only four stars because every time I’ve been in there’s crumbs on the tables, seats and floor. I’ve never seen anyone clean up. The toilets usually need attention too. The soap dispenser seems to be faulty and they don’t always have a soap bottle available.
