Spaces - Reading, Waterside Drive

Plenty of car parking spaces.When you exit after 5.30pm they have poles in the road to stop vans coming in. It looks the road is blocked, but you can still get out with a car.It's near a railway line and you can hear the trains go past often.

For several years this used to be a nice, well maintained office space with good onsite cafe and facilities. Over the last few months things have gone quickly downhill. Simple maintenance tasks are not being kept on top of, reception staff are often not there (which has resulted in missed deliveries for us) and their communications are poor, parking can be problematic and the new café tenants seem to have lost the plot as they are now several weeks in and their offer is very poor. Meeting rooms have been rented out. The kitchen chat with fellow tenants is now invariably about how bad the building has become. Suggest avoid until under new management.

Great facilities and ample space for the casual user who needs an office type of environment at a reasonable price. And there is a great restaurant on site too

Significantly diminshed experience, unfortunatetly. We used to use this location for our monthly meetings, but due to recent changes - we'll have to find a new location to use.The meeting rooms are no longer actual meeting rooms - they're offices that often aren't suitable for actual meetings. Front of house staff are friendly enough, but seem largely helpless when it comes to dealing with issues / concerns.The car park now costs £6 for 4 hours parking, even when you're paying for a meeting room, where previously it was free.Worst of all - the cafe has gone from providing a good range of products (including breakfast and lunch items) to just coffee, and one or two supplementary items, several of which have been 'out of stock' when I've come to order them.Sadly a definite downturn on all counts. We'll be finding somewhere else to meet in future.

No Sound proofing... be ready to work in a very noisy environment. You can absoluetly hear every thing happening next door. Be ready to kill the privacy

Empty office space. Such a shame. There's a cafe inside which is a little pricey, but it's good and the staff great. There's plenty of space to work and plenty of parking too.

This company cannot be trusted. They’ve taken my money, and despite some lovely people at the junior level, their management team is refusing to refund it. They accept that I followed the instructions given to access and cancel my account, and that the account details that appeared matched my agreement. It seems there was an error on their side that means my details were linked to the wrong account code in their systems. It is simply robbery to refuse to give me back my money on this basis.

Absolutely terrible since Julian & Lisa have left the building. Front of house staff are useless, turning away packages that are needed for our work and then laugh & patronise us after their mistake. We will be leaving ASAP now, we used to have such a high level of genuine care, but the atmosphere is now horrible we will not be paying for that.

Amazing little offices really smart. We went there to buy a second hand car. Got a bit lost in the business park because we weren't expecting the used car lot to look like an office building and there were some barriers up to stop the Amazon delivery trucks parking up in the park. The barriers were very narrow and we thought they were to prevent entry but you can squeeze past. The car engine was nice and clean.

The cafe inside spaces took the decision to become horrible within the last month. Terrible lack of options and disgusting food. If you're coming bring lunch. Mouldy cheese on a jacket potato
