Ohannes Burger | Home | Welcome to Ohannes Burger. Here at Ohannes the burgers and fries are always freshly prepared when you order. The original concept was born from Two Engineers, Mehmet Yazigioglu who followed their obsession for burgers after years of study in the US opening their first branch in Izmir Turkey in 2009. We created the successful franchise business it is today using his wealth of worldwide culinary experience in QSR As people we love to have fun while we take our business very seriously. 100% domestic beef for the patties and produce our own range of hand made sauces while the fries are hand cut where possible in the branches. We strive to produce the highest quality burgers and promote a ‘customer first’ humble attitude to our business. As fresh as we are fun, as clever as we are creative & and as selective as we are players.

I had a great time at their Liverpool branch, so I was excited when I saw Ohannes is opening a branch in Salford!The interior was nice and spacious, so you’d def have a good time here with friends or family.The burger was great, as I had expected. I love the texture of the pretzel bun, and the patty and buttermilk chicken were both nicely seasoned and cooked to the perfect texture.The seasoned fries tasted great with the sauces too.£9 per burger with fries - very reasonably priced. Staff was friendly as well. Would definitely pay a visit once in a while.

Only thing to say about this place is WOW! The burgers are amazing and plenty of choices available. Prices are pretty decent. If you like meat, get the Meat Mania burger. Comes with pulled beef and cuts of steak! Bonus is this place is pet friendly

Had the vegetarian burgers (1 halloumi burger, 1 veggie burgers).They were quite tasty and inexpensive.However, the burgers come with a side of chips and one aioli dip - the chips were over spiced and too salty, whilst the dip was bland.

Rarely do you find a place that just does all the important things right, this is definitely one of them.The food is fresh, clean, made with quality ingredients - not oily at all. Service was friendly and quick, the inside was very clean and comfortable, real nice interiors.The price point is slightly higher than average for a burger, but you won’t feel shortchanged, the portions are very generous.In terms of the food, I had a big stack it was juicy, flavourful, I like the bun as it’s toasted, but doesn’t get soggy, even with the juiciness.Also the tenders were crispy and had a nice flavour, with the Sriracha Mayo, unbelievable combo.The fries, crunchy, but the seasoning, out of this world, couldn’t stop eating them. The sauces are also real nice, the aeoli with the fries, just a delight.You can tell these guys don’t cut corners, definitely one to add to the must visits list.

Really juicy and large burgers. I couldn't stop eating the seasoned chips and Aioli sauce. Delicious. Service was 5*. Friendly staff. Very spacious.

It was very delicious burger I came first alone then I come with my family and friends all together and we enjoyed too much. Service was brilliant. Burger was very nice and I too much enjoyed I 100% recommended for all people to come and eat here.

I didn’t know if I could find a healthier option in a burger shop. But the Naked one is bunless, wrapped in lettuce and the side is cauliflower bites not fries. That’s literally what I want!

This burger restaurant is absolutely fantastic! Their mouthwatering burgers, delightful side dishes, and the incredibly spacious and inviting atmosphere of the venue all contribute to an outstanding dining experience. The service is impressively prompt, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly and attentive. I will undeniably return for more of this culinary delight!
