Great prices, wide range in stock. Variable service/delivery, but at those low prices it's an acceptable and occasional annoyance.

Having put a one star review on last week complaining I had been ringing to find out if a sealed unit was in and had no reply, I had to text an employee on there private number to find out in the end if it was in, and then travelling over town to find it shut when there web site said it was open till 5. The next morning when I did manage to pick up the unit I found out they had ordered it wrong and was going to have to reorder it, so on telling my customer they informed me they no longer wanted the unit so I rang tws first thing next morning informing them of this and to cancel the glass. I took the unit back only to be told I am no longer allowed in the shop and this is the way they treat a local builder who spends money in there most weeks. So instead of dealing with there issues the management take it out on my daughter's business and leave a bad review on her and her partners local pub not a very professional way of doing things . Also last week's comment was funnily enough removed, and the correct opening times added ,going to add to this review as just been shown a review on my own business that the owner put on a 1 star review saying ( Simon gascoyne is an abusive individual,leaves abusive answer phone messages with threats) the only time I rung them afterwards was to let them know that if they did not take the review off my daughter's pub I would be taking it to the bucks Herald haveing seen the review on my own business I will now be taking it back to the bucks Herald

Great service from TWS for both my Fascias and Soffits and replacing my old UPVC door with brand new composite. Fantastic showroom which made choosing the perfect door so much easier. Thanks for Steven for helping us through the quotes and for Paul and Ryan who were brilliant when it came to fitting the door. Would recommend and definitely use for future projects.

Great experience with TWS, we’ve had a few bits of work done on the house recently and I’ve become a bit sceptical over whether I’ll be happy, but I’m so pleased with our new front door. The two guys who fitted it were lovely and did such a neat and great job, no redecorating needed! Would recommend

Went into store with partner for a quote on a lovely double composite door. Had great service from staff to making on decision to which door suited me best. However I never got the quote. 2 days later still no call. It's been 3 weeks & still awaiting after being told for 3rd time we'll get in touch.I don't know what to assume what the reason was behind this...Extremely poor service.
