This shop has an outstanding service and a great customer service, Marco has been brilliant in the whole process and even after i purchased the watch i've noticed a small issue that has been dealt overnight with the outcome to have the watch on my wrist straight away the day after.Do not hesitate to deal with them if you are willing to do business with them.

Superb service. I have used them several times for a couple of different watches, repairs and service. They always respond and carry out works quickly and at a very good price. They give honest repair suggestions relative to watch value. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend them.

I recently had a disappointing experience at W1 Watches, where I attempted to sell my Rolex watch. I feel it's important to share my experience and raise awareness among potential customers who may consider dealing with this shop in the future.Upon approaching the shop, I was initially optimistic about selling my Rolex watch, as they are known for dealing with luxury timepieces. Brought in my fake Chanel watch and they gave it the same attention and care as a real one. Wonderful experience, Marco was very patient and helpful despite my watch needing multiple adjustments. Most watch shops wouldnt go through the time and effort it took to fix my watch considering how cheap it is, I really appreciate the service. Would 100% recommend

Excellent customer service! All the staffs were super friendly. I went there to get my little dior watch battery replaced. For a luxury watch store, they did not turn me down for such a small job and surprisingly they did it for free, on the spot! Saving me a lot of time as well. (Most of the shop and Dior store itself will take a few days or weeks, and ask you to go back to collect it). Thank you for making my day. and I will definitely checking out on your watches!
