Twice in the space of a few weeks the machine has took £3 off my card and given me 10 minutes. And last time after I'd paid the lint block came on and I lost another £3 because they was no staff on! Staff seem uninterested! Email complaints are ignored. Sadly I have no choice to use them.

The View (Pic) is outside the Launderette, on Spring Bank. Two stops on the 104 service from Hull Interchange. Friendly lady runs the shop, not Thursdays or Sundays. Service washes are available when the lady is there. Cash or Cards can be used to pay for machines.

Been here a few times but won’t be returning. The woman in there is usually rude and not helpful and has turned us away. We arrived once, over an hour before closing time, and we weren’t allowed to put on a quick wash which takes 20 mins. Today we went there again just past 4pm ( closing time is 5pm) just to dry some clothes which wouldn’t take very long and it was closed already. This is very frustrating and unacceptable. If the opening times are till 5pm then it should be open till then. Misleading and a huge inconvenience!

Nice clean and efficient Launderette, staff very helpful and it uses both cash and card to pay for your washers and dryers. Great feature.

In Hull for a brief working visit and thought I'd get a service wash. Big mistake. Initially tried the one on Newlands Avenue but there was no one there. Next day went to this one on Spring Bank - agreed with the lady to come back the next day. Did so however the shop was shut at 3pm. Cue two more visits - no one was there. Tried phoning repeatedly however no answer. Phoned head office - no response. Tried visiting at 8am opening time however the launderette was already open with no one around. Visited a 4th time and finally got my washing!Now in fairness they did a nice job, with clothes all neatly folded etc. However it was massive pain having to make repeated visits and deal with their erratic opening times which bear no resemblance to those on their website. As such, cannot recommend the service wash facility.

It's open on a Saturday, reasonable prices but first appears alot for quick washes but dryers dry quickly so it does not add up too much. Very helpful staff. The way to start your machine is keypads which was new to me but staff and local customers were helpful and chatty.
