Munever did an excellent job at making my wedding dress a reality!While the style was exactly what I wanted, it was on the cheaper side of wedding gowns - and quite ill fitting when I first got it; the straps too short, the waist too loose, and issues with the bones in the bust - I was nervous if the fixes needed would even be possible.I have previously used Munever's services for hemming another dress, and I booked a consultation with her about whether this one could be salvaged.She very made me very hopeful that it was possible, and I left it in her capable hands. The results were simply stunning; it fit like a glove and the changes were all seamless!Thank you again for your beautiful work, the dress is now my absolute dream!

What can I say.. I am overjoyed with Muneva’s results. I had 2 ties made using Liberty fabric and the end product was sensational. I bought the fabric myself and went to Image to enquire and the service was great. These ties are for my wedding!

I phoned Image 1 week before my wedding (found them luckily through google with so many positive reviews) after a disaster with my wedding dress. I supposed to have my dress altered by another dressmaker in the bridal shop where I initially bought my dress but the lady was a rip off and would have ruined my dress! I was so blessed that I found Munever! She saw my face how upset and depressed I was, as time was limited I was flying to Greece for my wedding and there was too much work to be done on my wedding dress! No matter what Munever put her great experience, professionalism into practice and totally transformed my dress! What she charged me was incredibly reasonable taking into consideration the amount BIG work done and on a very short notice! Not only she is an exceptional professional and loves her job she is also the loveliest and friendliest lady you could ever meet! The shop is lovely too, very cosy and warm. Highly recommended. No matter where you live if you need anything altered please do visit “The image” as you will never regret! Thank you Munever for making my dress so beautiful and making me smile on my BIG day! Such a brilliant local tailors. Went in this morning and needed some advice and assistance with a dress. The team were wonderful and provided a range of options at different budgets that would work with a quick turn around. In the end I only had something small done and they made the alteration while I was in the shop which was so wonderful. Absolutely would recommend for great advice, professional service, and lovely tailoring.

Excellent standard of craftsmanship. Needed a kilt to be taken out and wasn't even sure if it was possible. Image managed to make the perfect adjustments to the kilt. I must admit was terrified when she took scissors to it but on the finished product you cannot even see where any joins or alterations were made. Very good service as well

Munever is amazing at what she does : I brought her a wedding dress, explained her my vision and she created easily a totally new dress, which is EXACTLY what I had in mind! Her work is really flawless, and the pricing definitely reasonable considering her expertise. I would recommend her 100%, and would definitely go back if I need any other alteration.

Went to take in the waist of 3 trousers. I asked the price first and they informed that they need to see how much they will take in before giving me a price. It was about 3 inches. The price was 165 GBP which seemed quite high to take in the waist for 3 pants. And the pants ended up being with the wholes from the needles they used

Incredible alterations. I had a much loved cotton coat that had very little extra fabric in hems. I needed the sleeves made wider. The pattern of the coat was very complicated but the lovely woman found a way to alter it. She did a truly terrific job. I’ll be bringing any future alterations to her. Excellent work!!!

Minerva is amazing, such a lovely woman. Shortened my jeans and added a fray hem I was extremely pleased with the quality of service and turnover time. Will definitely be coming back.

I went to Image to get alterations to my wedding dress. I am overall happy with the quality of the job, even though there were a couple of things to adjust when I collected the dress the first time. I am giving 3 stars because I cannot disagree with the price point I read on other reviews; it is on the expensive side of tailoring but in the end it's a customer choice; if you have a budget and enough time it's better to have few quotes, but if you are looking for quality no matter the price, this is probably your place.
