We went over to HSL in Newcastle under Lyme to see their range of riser recliner chairs, as we live in the Stoke on Trent area, and despite their range, nothing was spot on" for what we wanted. My husband John is tall and well-built and needs exactly the right chair to suit his back and knee problems. Fortunately we looked across the road and saw Castle Comfort Centre; we already knew the quality of their service and products from buying adjustable beds some years ago and a stairlift for my mother when she was unable to climb stairs. We were looking for a stair liftMy son and daughter were going to run us around to see what we could purchase, so i looked on internet came up with Castle Comfort Centre with lots of good reviews so i called them and visited them that morning.Lovely people to deal and be with.They explained the stair lift tried it and purchase it was delivered and fitted in 30 mins free.While we were there we looked at reclining armchairs all shown and explained so we bought 2 of those ordered to be made and delivered for two weeks time, arrived on that day at 10 o clock delivered free.Never had service like that.I can highly recommend this Excellent company and the Excellent products.Buy without worry.Thank you Don

From making a query on line to the full completion of work was just 2 weeks - and then it was because we wanted carpet first. They arranged everything and did the electrics, moved the banister and installed the stair lift. Staff were lovely. All queries answered. So professional. We needed a stair lift as we have family and friends who have difficulties with mobility and we only have an upstairs toilet. Problem solved. We have already recommended this service and provider. A stair lift has been a significant investment for my mother and father. It has improved safety and independence. Keith provided a visit within days and also called the company directly. They were able to fit the next working day. The staff at Wolstanton were also very helpful and provided support in relation to trying the product.

My patient’s old stair lift broke. Castle comforts answered my calls for help out of work hours in the evening. They offered to loan us equipment for downstairs living to keep my patient safe. Then they came out the very next day to assess and the following day fitted a new one to my patients satisfaction. We are very pleased with this service. Thank you

Needed a riser recliner chair for a family member and went to several mobility shops in Stoke on Trent and Newcastle under Lyme. We went to Castle Comfort Centre as someone had mentioned they had an excellent reputation and the business was well established. What an amazing experience. The owner Keith was helpful and gave the right advice without any of the sales patter we experienced at other places. The chair was delivered straight away and Keith's staff even took away a sofa, which was no longer needed, to my mother in law's home. Nothing is too much for Keith and Ann at Castle Comfort. They are the epitome of service with a capital S.Their product knowledge is extensive and they work hard to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with whatever you buy. Their aftercare is superb. Very impressive!
