Not provided a building that can be used, what has been provided is not fit for purpose,we paid for doors upfront the money that was paid up front was directed elsewhere no doors supplied This company are not reliable.

Very fast to take payment and promise the world yet a total fail to deliver what was promised.Meant to have sent everything out in one go, lots of parts missing, couldn’t complete the build sent one wrong door out, still missing parts and not a complete Bulding. In no rush to sort anything out all in all a terrible company and terrible customer care. Strongly recommend not using them firm

Absolutely shocking customer service and support.Numerous items were missing from our delivery (including doors!!) which then took 2 months after the actual shed delivery to arrive. We could not complete our project until these items were delivered. We then had numerous issues with these deliveries when the doors finally arrived.They failed to advise us upon purchase that the order would be delivered incomplete, even though they knew that they did not have the stock. Their staff even admitted to us that they knew that goods were not in stock to complete our order. They were quick to take our money but slow in actually fulfilling our order, and we are now left with a delayed project and outstanding costs.Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Beware of this company:Me and my husband have approached this company ( Buildings Uk Ltd) to build an agricultural building thinking that it is near to our home. They were good initially and convinced and forced us in several ways to pay the money upfront. They promised to complete the work even with the worse weather with some alternative arrangements.They actually communicated with us using one company name ( Buildings uk Ltd) and quoted the works with another company name ( Energy for living Ltd). We have not realised this fact as we are still under assumption that we are dealing with one company Buildings Uk Ltd.They have issued the invoices starting with the one company Energy for Living Ltd and later issued the invoices with another company Buildings Uk Ltd. This is just a deliberate intent to confuse us. They have used the same bank account and same vat numbers on both the invoices, which is more confusing,. We have not even realised this fact at that point in time and have paid the entire money as our priority is to complete the building asap.Once they received all the money , all of a sudden they stopped working In the middle, stopped answering our phones, blaming weather ,although the weather is dry and good.After several days of calling we have finally realised that they blocked our number, when we tried calling them with a different number, we were shocked to hear their lies over the phone. The owner of the company threatened us verbally over the phone . We have no choice and we complained to West Mercia police and we filed a claim in Worcestershire county court. The Court issued a judgement against one of their limited company Energy for living ltd and issued a third party debt order for £10,998.We are still pursuing our hard earned money in all possible ways.
