Excellent service provided by the guys at Sunshine Automobile, especially by Shah, who welcomed me at the entrance and took me through the hire agreement process which was very efficient. Went up and met the rest of the team who were very friendly. Vehicle was 10/10. Will definitely hire from these guys again!

Rented a car from them. The only thing is that they are strict with PCNS and deposit takes at least 2-3 weeks to come back to you. But they mention these things when you go to fetch the car so it’s not like keeping you in dark. Good guys, accessible (bar weekends).

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DROVE CAR ONCE AND COMPANY ALLEGED I CAUSED OVER £800 OF DAMAGE DESPITE NOT BEING PROVIDED WITH CORRECT CHARGING MATERIALS FOR CAR SO ONLY ABLE TO USE ONE TIME. WILL BE TAKING TO COURT. STAY AWAY IF ITS NOT TOO LATE. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO AN ENEMY

Horrible service.I don't understand how some people will give a 5 star rating to this company.All the reviews are fake. Because to be honest they have the worst customer service.They don't answer their phone. They ignore your calls.They don't send you your renewal documents on time , Even despite series of email reminder I sent to for insurance renewal till I was blocked by my operator.As serious or important as insurance documents you will beg them to send you a renewal documents.I have lost two days being blocked by my operator simply because they can't email me the documents. When mak finally sent me the documents he sent me twice insurance schedule only. With certificate and permission letter.I sent a notice of correction and am still waiting for insurance documents since over 6 hours now. No one is taking my calls accept MIT, but is in finance and can't do nothing about documents.They will send you apologise for the delay but still they won't attend to you.A good company should know how important insurance documents are to a PCO driver and attened to it ASAP.But if they are at ease to send me my Insurance documents despite being blocked for it which I have emailed them a screen shot of my blocked driver account for this reason and they don't care what else do you think they will take serious.Mind you am not owing them any penny, yet they won't get documents to me on-time or take my calls .And some one will give them 5 star. It's all fake reviews they have arranged with their people to post.Be careful and stay away. Am reporting them to a standard body and pursue them for lose of income.Kes

The vehicle was in great condition for collection. No problems whatsoever and helpful staff. A good, positive rental experience. Will use again

Great company have been renting for almost 2 yrs now from them and have been very accomodating and friendly. Have rented over 7 different pco cars with them and have had deposit returned on the day of handback. Staff are very friendly and not rude whatsover. The business treats every customer fairly and is very transparent on every aspect. Overall a very positive experience in an industry full of red tape small print and empty promises from other more larger companies!
