It's fine. Can you honestly expect anyone to to be more enthusiastic?

One person on the till when theres a queue, person on the till calls for assistance or another member of staff which goes unanswered. Bad management, the shop was practically empty so no reason for them not to come to the aid. Never see a manager about so can only imagine they are hiding in the office.

Good range and loads of kids toys

Nice defined queue. Good social distancing.Shelves were well stocked and a good variety. Wasn't too busy, went about 5/530 which surprised me.Staff were quick to tills when the queue was getting large, and were nice and friendly when at the checkout.Only negative was couldn't find a trolley, but I may have just been blind, so if they are easy to find it would be 5 stars.

Excellent service! Well done B&M on the calibre of staff in your store. Staff member (Tyson 098) went over and above to locate the item / carried it to the checkout / then asked to be called when item was purchased and carried it to my car. Will definitely be shopping in this store again.

I like this place, one of the better cheaper shops around. Great for seeing what is in, bird food is very reasonable. The bedding, curtains and cushions are fabulous. Cleaning and toiletries are good. You get what you pay for, and I am usually very happy.The staff are hard working and smile when they can.

I have just left the store having waited 20ins in a long queue. There was one young lad on the till. After about 5 mins a lady member of staff (? Supervisor) came out and quite sharply told the cashier to keep his eye on the queue. At the same time she called for staff to come to the tills. 15 mins later when I reached the cashier he still was on his own. I wouldn't be surprised if he would be accused of not informing them of the large queue. The cashier was very pleasant and held his own and said it was his first day!! My heart went out to him as I think did others in the queue who had heard the call for help about 15 mins before. Granted it is probably tea break time which is well earned however I wasn't impressed overall by the customer service or lack of it.

Guy with blue hair and space themed tattoos urgently needs customer service training and spoken to about basic manners. Never been spoken too or treated so rudely in my life. We all have off days but this guy was off the scale. I worked in retail for over a decade and would have been dismissed outright if I’d acted like he did. Massive chip on his shoulder.

Lovely helpful staff. Offering 20% off now for NHS staff again like last year. Have everything from food to household and garden goods. Very inexpensive compared to other shops. Good range of cleaning stuff as well and masks for adults and children. Shopping there since it opened a few years back and no complaints yet!

If I am honest I mainly use this shop for toys for our dog as the scobby doo squeaky balls are more hard wearing than pets at us variety. There's also always a bargain to be had amongst the laundry goods as well as gardening.
